- Ubicacion Excelente, aunque es un hotel dos estrellas y viejo, bien los vale por su Amabilidad personal, amplitud de habitacion y Ubicacion frente a Plaza Cataluña
- Hotel is in the heart of downtown. Keep in mind this area is a very touristy area. Walking distances to shops, churches and restaurants. It's an older hotel that worked well for us, staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay.

Cons -
- Lo viejo del Elevador y uso de llaves con garantia para la caja de seguridad.
- If you're looking for luxury, you may want to pass on this hotel. Beds were a little uncomfortable for us. Expect noise since you're in downtown. It didn't bother us much though.
- Personal data was stolen by hackers. I was told by a manager "it happens." We were stuck in the elevator for 42 minutes. They couldn't get the door open. They had to call elevator company who sent technicians. Worst experience EVER.

Personal data was stolen by hackers. I was told by a manager "it happens." We were stuck in the elevator for 42 minutes. They couldn't get the door open. They had to call elevator company who sent technicians. Worst experience EVER.
We accidentally picked an internal room which did not have corresponding pictures, it was a roughly freshened up prison cell . Their was no air conditioning and sheer curtains so with the light on in our room you could see straight in from the stairs .
That it is not maintained!! And is expensive, we travel the world and have lots of experience. But this was the worst hotel we have stayed in . We moved after the 2 nights a tiny bit out of the centre and found an amazing hotel !! It was a pleasant chang
Close to many things. The staff was very cheerful and helpful.
The location was amazing, you are in the middle of Catalunia Square and you have access to everything.Free Wifi Cleaning the room everyday.
Vey old hotel and the windows are wood and very old and you can easily hear the street. Very thin walls between rooms and you can easily hear your neighbours. So, in conclusion you cannot sleep here in the night.
Prime location
They are having renovations , view blocked by dirty ugly scaffolding and plastic outdoor curtain
It was everything good ,the only thing that I didn't like was that for 15 square meters room and no morning deaner was to expensive.
Worst hotel ever - do not stay here. A complete ripoff
The place was the worst dump we've stayed in and a total ripoff. The room was terrible and the a/c unit blew dust into the room that I still taste in my mouth. As a last-minute deal Booking noted that the regular price was 345 euros, discounted. Booking should be ashamed to post this hotel. Terrible experience. We stayed at the 5 Star Carlton in Bilbao (which was excellent - via Destinia.com) for the same amount of money.
The location is fabulous! Active lively neighborhood, right on the Rambla and Place Catalonya, couldn't be better.
My disappointment was the size of the room, only one very small twin bed. The bathroom was larger than the actual bedroom. For the price other hotels offered a double bed and at least a chair in the room. The TV was the size of my laptop. Overall, disappointing for the price.
The staff is super friendly and helpful And the location is great , public transportation few steps away
During our stay there was a renovation work in some areas
The room was small and old — a single bed as requested — but very clean, and probably had the best air conditioning of any hotel I stayed in during 5 weeks in Spain. Best of all were the hotel staff. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and glad to be helpful. It's in a great location, right at a metro stop, a short walk from the Modern Museum of Art. I highly recommend it.
Location was great for me. Right by Las Ramblas.
Electricity kept on coming on and off. TV didn’t work until the last day. Lots of construction around.
Location, staff was very helpful and friendly.
Was noisy due to the amount of construction. The bathroom was super small, and my knees hit the wall sitting on the toilet, and the portable AC unit was very loud.
We had a lovely corner room but didn’t know it was blocked by scaffolding and covering. Also, the music from the nearby concert was very loud.
Loved the location. The room was nice and big for my son and I. We got an exterior room, and the views were great. The beds are comfortable, the room and bathrooms were very clean, and there was great water pressure, maybe a little too high, lol. I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing. Too much noise and very outdated
Extremely outdated and loose tiles on the floor and no tv or anything for the price
Absolutely nothing.
I liked nothing In internet photos are beautiful. i had to ho on 4th floor at very small and slow elevator. And then go upstairs 1 floor and unlock door. And 3 small rooms are availbale and all share 1 bathroom.
This is a very basic hotel with little in the way of charm, character, aesthetics, or comfort — but the location can’t be beat for the price, right on the corner of Plaça Catalunya at the top of Las Ramblas. It's a smart choice for 1-2 night stays for solo travelers with an early flight or those in town for business or appointments. The staff were helpful in helping me print some documents for my immigration appointments.
There's very little natural light if you get a room facing the inner courtyard, and it can be loud with people returning from night clubs, or leaving the hotel for early flights.
Perfect location just at the beginning of La Rambla and next to Plaça de CatalunyaComfortable bed and pillows
Needs major renovationRoom relatively smallAC not properly workingSlow elevator
