The staff was very nice and accommodating.Breakfast buffet was excellent.The room and facilities were clean.

The room had no windows, it felt claustrophobic and stuffy because the AC didn't kick in until late at night.I was surprised that they charged 25 euros/night for the parking.

The location was great and the taxi rides were very cheap from there to the main attractions. The taxis end up being cheaper than the Uber ride. Having little kitchen and laundry machine was great, especially with having little grocery store on the first level was very convenient.

The beds were little hard but we have been traveling a lot as well.

Everything was really nice, I loved the location and the stuff members were all helpful. Very clean, not so noisy as some say. I loved taking morning walks towards the center of the city, the hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. Also very close to the metro station. ?

The location

The window in the room opens to a narrow space between buildings, offering no natural light or ventilation(no fresh air at all) . It is completely obstructed by an adjacent wall, making it feel closed off and dim despite technically having a window, thanks God after the first night they gave us another room with a real window so we could breathe fresh air. Just be sure you get a room with a window not blocked by walls

Convenient location that I would go back in between tours. Bed was comfortable. Small room but enough for me since I am put every day.

Some parts in bathroom looked broken. For the price of approximately 100e I expected more nicer facilities like nicer furniture in the room as well breakfast was poor.

Location is walking distance to Park Guell.

The airconditioning was not working properly. We were not able to sleep because it was too hot and nothing happens even if we tried to adjust the temperature and the fan level. The room was also too small for the price.

The location of the accommodation was very good. There are several public transport stops nearby (mostly buses and metro). Many shops and stores are within walking distance. Many attractions are easily accessible. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very plentiful and had a wide selection.

Due to the location of our room it was very noisy. Several room doors were very creaky. There was a very loud guest one night (but the hotel staff handled the situation very well and removed the person - so it's not entirely negative). The furnishings and furniture in our room seemed very old (but it is only a ** Hotel).

It's a clean and carefully decorated hotel with friendly personal.

All the room doors slam pretty hard and the walls are really thin. So you can hear the plumbing of everyone around you and in the morning, when people start leaving their rooms and the cleaning starts you hear a really loud bang every few minutes - impossible to "sleep in". My room window was to the inner yard, which is used as a storage area - another source of noise. If you're not sensitive to noise or wake up early, you'll probably like your stay!My shower didn't drain right, so the water went into the bathroom and even the room.

Polite staff, clean room. The area around the hotel looked safe. The underground was close to the hotel.

The room was very small, with basic facilities, away from the city centre. It was bad value for money (expected, given that hotel rooms are generally very expensive in Barcelona).

Noisy near the other rooms. Some broken floor in the room. Its basic and there is no iron for clothes. The room really very small

We got just right beds: singles for kids, double for parents.

Bad sound insulation, even normal speech came through from neighbouring rooms
