The breakfast was pretty good for a small charge of 15 euro...

Needed to push our luggages, took it up right steps n switched elevator after second floor before we could get to our room on the fourth ... Also the air cond wasnt quite working for three days, kept saying they have fixed but thermostat showed 26...

The really tinny elevators, the fact that the bed board was not working and it was impossible to charge our phones during the period when the lights were off, the really really small room to fit in a family of four and a crib.

Good location, nice condition of the bathroom, also the bath goods were available.

Too noisy. One night, there was a party upstairs, with loud singing, music, and the people naturally shouted. No reaction from the staff, but it made my night awful. Also, no bath robes.

The staff were fantastic, they attended to any question or request with a quick response & smile. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable.

The noise from the street was terrible. The windows to the main road need double glazing, especially for international travellers with early flights.

No view through the window, 1 meter to a wall, made us feel claustrophobic

Breakfast was ok, location is good. The personnel were very kind and we did receive a welcome drink at the check-in.

Old elevators. Our room on the 2nd floor was seriously outdated, the stench of sewage from the shower, bad noise insulation. Maids do their job very well, but the general maintenance is poor, furniture is all banged up, floor tiles swollen and banged, stench of moist and sewage in the room. No drinking water in the room. The 2nd floor hallways have a stench of wood paint. The mattresses are probably more than 10y old flecked all over...

Air conditioning / heating was difficult to adjust

Very nice hotel with good location and facility. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. I will use it for next travel also.

Very comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Gold twos and mirrors, tea and coffee facilities

TVs did not work correctly, one didn't at all. The shower presses were very hot and didn't maintain the temperature

The location was very convenient to the Metro station and to La Rambla. The breakfast was very generous and delicious!

There were some noisy young guests running in the hallway.

WiFi is so slow. Breakfast area not clean up on time. Staffs love to sit all together and chat among themselves. You have to wait until they finished their conversation.

The stuff was very helpful and change us rooms because the bed was very uncomfortable. The location is perfect. Breakfast was also very tasty. The room hat a fridge and the bedding was clean.

The room was a little too small and not so well taken care of (The floor was missing some parts and the walls were dirty).

It has the perfect location - near the underground and most of the landmarks, near high street shops and a lot of food stores, excellent restaurants and cafes. The staff is unique, everyone is so helpful and polite - there was a compliment from the hotel because of my birthday; the breakfast served was various and quite delicious- there was something for every exquisite taste. The rooms are perfectly clean with comfortable beds. I’d visit it over and over again!

I loved everything about this hotel. It's centrally located and easily walkable to many tourist destinations. I felt safe. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend it!
