Great location with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was fabulous and we were given a free upgrade to a room with a huge balcony and bath. Staff was quick to respond.

Hotel staff was bad on giving directions, donâ≢t ask them for anything. No water, no extra towels. They are not informative and not pleasing.

Beds could have been more comfortable
 the front desk was very kind and helpful througout our stay. Breakfast is not included but it worth the price, delicious.

Modern well-equiped room with safe, mini bar, tea and coffee facilities.
The bar was under-staffed on two consecutive evenings where the single member of staff was not available for long periods due to her dealing with room service.
The fast an efficient early check in. The helpful staff at the front counter giving us a better route to Par Guell than the internet gave. The location is wonderful as was the breakfast.
Minor detail when we got back from a dinner and show around 8 PM we decided to have a drink at the bar. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes we left and used the mini bar in the room which in fact turned out cheaper.
