Location lovely, clean, kettle!! And fridge. Staff were very helpful

Light going on in bathroom, a little difficult to set up . No light in entry which made using the cupboard and safe difficult. Breakfast purchased 1 day- very ordinary.

The location great. The room was very close to the street

Too noisy. The floor needed sweeping. The bathtub was very slippery and wet. Room was extremely small and needed upgrading

We were abruptly kicked out (see sign left on our door accompanied by a loud knock early in the morning). The hotel gave us 20 minutes to evacuate. This was the most stress inducing hotel experience I’ve ever had.

There was significant confusion about how much money was marked against my credit card for the purpose of a deposit -4 different amounts were 'pendin' as a result my bank cancelled the credit card as they thought it was a fraudulent transaction.

It had a wonderful location. The room was simple but spacious and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Our room overlooked the placa but it was very quiet at night.

Breakfast was not the best, very basic. We had trouble trying to explain our order i.e. poached eggs on toast. For ease, when trying to order, I ended up with scrambled eggs on bread that I think had been hardened in the airfryer? It was like toast but white... She did her best, just a translation thing

It is a simple, clean and decent hotel: it is a in a very nice neighbourhood, lots of good cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The stuff is very friendly.

There is no Netflix app in the TV, I had to watch it in my phone. The shower pressure is not god.

The hairdryer wasn’t great. The cord didn’t stretch so not really useable

Good location and nice modern rooms

The shower was cold on the first day that we arrived and I was told it wouldn’t be looked into until the next day. Toilet roll was never replenished. Breakfast at €12.50 was overpriced for what it was. The roof garden was a very un-utilised space. Had 4 sun loungers and an empty “pond” which could easily be turned into a small swimming pool.

We loved the location of this hotel on a lively square in the Gracia district of Barcelona. Gracia has lots of great restaurants and bars in its little streets and numerous squares.Our room was clean with all the amenities you would expect.The reception and breakfast staff were fantastic and if you need any help outside of the reception hours the hotel had an 24 hour message service you can use, this was useful in getting an early morning taxi to the airport.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

I got emails from a group other than booking.com. Was a little confusing.The hallway was dark and weird, but not a problem, just unusual.It was very hard to find initially with our GPS.

Nice place, stylish, comfy and well positioned. Plenty cute spots around, easy check-in. Would book again surely.

Some minor details, for example, the bathroom lighting was automatic, which was annoying in the middle of the night.

Getting out of the parking was a nightmare. Windows quality: could hear everything happening late in the noisy square. Breakfast was not good.

Amazing location in Gracia that is still close enough to the sights but feels more authentic and residential. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the free luggage story was a big plus!

We had an accessible bathroom which was unexpected.

We had technical issues with our room access code meaning we had to wait one morning to confirm it would work before we left. The staff were helpful, but admitted that they didn’t know how to fix it so just sent us the code on a message which we needed to store. Worse than this we had no hot water for about 24hrs, meaning one morning we had freezing cold showers before heading out for the day.

Nice little hotel in Gracia, nice neighborhood a bit noisy outside but the rooms are soundproof so it is ok. Very clean hotel but a bit dated, the staff is extremely nice and this made the whole experience vey enjoyable. A recommended place if you wish to stay in Gracia.

reception is only 9-5 and therefore you are obliged obtain online the codes via preregistration, which is not so smooth, breakfast is ok but we would like some fresh orange juice.

The staff is very customer oriented, they prompt questions to identify needs and arrange/ coordinate as necessary. The facilities are good, clean and nice room, has everything you need. Location is nice, people said it is next to a noisy square, but the room was very quiet. I would definitely book again.
