Hotel room air filter needs to be changed

Clean and modern

Hotel employee at the front desk was extremely RUDE! when I asked for extra ice one evening. The night before my wife and I spent a fair amount of money for drinks and food at the bar and the bar tender gave us extra ice on a previous night no questions asked.

Very clean and staff are nice and friendly

The location seems to be in a developing area surrounded with undergoing construction. Not far are garbage collection place. Not feeling safe to go outside at night time.

Close to metro,tram,busses. A lot of restaurants. Very nice view on the roof.Nice time spending in the pooland jacuzzi.

The buildings around were suggesting not a safe areas

Very clean, even smelled great. Great amenities - the pool and rooftop bar were favorites. You have a view of La Segrada Familia from the roof bar

Casting to the TV was not possible from your phone so connecting to Netflix or similar was not possible

The room is small compared to the price and the area is remote.

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The rooftop pool and hot tub closed a little too early each evening; typically around 6 pm.

The staff was amazing & the room was adequate. Cane with coffee and tea which was great

The location is perhaps most suitable for work related travel. The hotel is surrounded by offices and I did not feel Comfortable walking around after night. A quick taxi ride was worth it. The metro is 8-10 mins walk & that was helpful.

Cleanliness

The air conditioner broke the first night. We called the front desk and they said they would come fix it the next day. That next night the room was blowing hot air. Impossible to sleep so we called at 2 am. The staff was rude and said to open the window.

All staff are super nice and very helpful. While I was injury because I slipped in the bathroom and got sprain on my left arm and elbow. Front desk immediately helped me to call a car and send me to emergency room. Manager was super helpful next day too.

I really appreciated all staff there to help me out while I was alone and don't speak Spanish at all. Thank you so much!!

Weird thing with requesting card numbers for the deposit and writing them down... in most places you just tap your card with a 0 payment...

Everything was perfectly adequate. The staff were very pleasant and the facilities were comfortable. The one disappointment was that the pool was out of service (the main reason I chose the hotel). However, they compensated for that by offering access to a nearby spa.

The hotel was a wee bit pricey, especially since the pool was not available.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very kind and the room was spatious and clean. Even if it is a bit far from the center is close enough to 2 metro lines.

The Tv was old and not smart, the fitness room just beside our room was source of noise in the morning.
