There is absolutely zero food. I understand that there is no kitchen, but some fresh orange juice and some croissants/pastries in the morning would go a long way.

Bad

Our belongings were stolen!! On the last day of our stay, we packed all our belongings into suitcases and left the hotel. Later, we went back to pick up our suitcases and went to the airport. When we arrived home, we realized that my friends and I were missing our original uniforms, makeup, creams, and perfumes from our suitcases. We are sure they were stolen at the hotel because we had all our belongings with us on the plane. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they told us they checked the security camera footage and questioned the cleaning staff, but found nothing. Of course, the staff wouldn't admit to stealing them. I recommend choosing a different hotel rather than experiencing the fear of being robbed at the hotel you stayed at.

The location was excellent, and we had a truly beautiful room. The service was outstanding, both Vivien and Hannah were always on top of their duties. We could fully rely on them at all times. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and open, and supported us throughout our stay, for which we are very grateful.

Very clean, nice furniture

There’s virtually no sound treatment - sounds like the doors are paper thin. The rooms are entered in from the main foyer, so you will be woken up by what sounds like groups of people walking through your room. Several guests slammed their doors and caused our door to jolt at around early morning and woke us up in fear every time.

Great location, decor was beautiful, staff were pleasant and the price is great for Barcelona.

Given that we had just got married and i made a note of that on the booking, we were a little surprised to be in a very small room with no natural light. If we weren’t so exhausted we would have requested to change but it wasn’t acknowledged at all by staff so felt a bit awkward.

The rooms were stylish, spacious and thoughtfully designed. Our terrace was superb. The breakfast dining room was beautiful and the breakfast offered was simple and just perfect. The reception staff were a delight to chat with and we really appreciated their help. The location was easy to walk to transport and the gothic area but away from the crowds.

It would have been perfect to have an option to have 2 single beds in the 2nd room, but that’s really the only thing I can Im at that could be improved

Very beautiful hotel, clean, safe and quiet. There is an elevator and front desk is open 24/7. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back

Clean, large rooms, great location, awesome staff They have drinking water and a coffee machine available all day. Guido, Alexander and Angela are very helpful and friendly.

High price, finishings weren’t great, blanket was super thin, asked for help with bags but concierge said no, toilets was tiny for the suite we bought

Our room was very small, with no natural light and not really up to our expectations. We thought the common area/dining room could have had some artwork or additions to make it more interesting.

Everyone I met there was very nice, it was nice to have breakfast available for free, I absolutely adored my private terrace! The room was super spacious and well designed.

The staff was incredible! Everyone was so so friendly and would do everything they could to help out. Although it is a boutique hotel so less staff than a regular hotel, the kindness of the staff made up for any discomfort. The room was spacious and looked like the pictures online. Can’t rave enough about the staff though. So amazing.

Our room fridge was not working and I had to kill a few spiders the first day we arrived (at the window to the terrace). The fridge did not work the entire time, but because we had medications that needed to be refrigerated the staff put it in the office fridge and was very proactive in the case we needed to put anything in or take anything out. They were so so friendly!!

The room was huge and also had a large terrace on the quiet side of the building where we loved sitting. The bed was super comfortable.

You should be prepared that this is a small place and not like a regular hotel. But staff will help with every request. A very minimal breakfast us served i.e. white toast and a bit if fruit. Coffee machine is available 24/7 but no milk.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and the room was spacious. Location was great. Able to walk to most places we wanted to go.

It’s a small eclectic property, nicely renovated in a heritage building in Eixemple district. Our room was large and bright, opening to a huge private terrace. The bathroom and shower were modern and excellent.

Signage needs improvement, outside and inside. Upon entry, we were faced with a series of stairs leading to a lift with no obvious reception or sign indicating where to go. As it turned out, reception was up the stairs to another level and the lift had to be opened and activated by staff.The included breakfast was not good. The hotel needs to improve this offering.
