Niu Barcelona Hotel

The room was modern.

There was no hot water for a shower on both days. The maid either folded our wet towels or put other towels under our sink for our second day. The hotel is in one of the worst neighborhoods in Barcelona and safety was a concern.

Not a good neighborhood. Small room wasn’t enough for two, it is VERY limited space for the price + AC stop working + window facing someone else house who was staring our direction. We had to keep both curtains closed. Will not recommend more than 1 night.

Easy check in process.

No fridge and difficult to sleep because of the noise. Didn’t seem like there was any sound proofing.

The staff and location.

The area was in a neighborhood where you could hear people talking in the street at 2:00 am in the morning.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Niu Barcelona. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Gothic Quarter, making it ideal for exploring the city.A special thanks to the reception staff, Celina and Marco, for their excellent service. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and made us feel truly welcome.Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Barcelona.

The location of the hotel is great and the staff is extremely nice in demeanor.

Due to its vibrant neighbourhood, there can be a lot of noise only on Saturday nights though.

The location is good, near main Barcelona main attractions!

Because it's located in Barcelona centre it can get very loud and the loud noise is hearable through the hotel window although the window is closed.

Very clean room, central location, good breakfast and exceptional staff.

Greatlocation. Very friendly staff. Helpful and certainly went out of their normal duties to be helpful in many small ways that certainly meant a lot to us. A really great place. Breakfast good also. Thank you to you allJune

Too short a stay. Next time have asked for the larger room. Could be a bit noisy from street noise.

Good location, walking distance to most places you’d want to visit and if not it’s close to public transport links to get you there too. Room was spotless, amenities were great and at this price I can’t complain

The only slight issue was at night, it could get fairly noisy outside though if you’ve had a long day walking about, it wasn’t much of an issue!

The Staff was very kind to me, they helped me with some good ideas of places to visit. Also, the Room was very confortable And clean. The price was quite good considering The good Service And good location of the hotel, nearby to many restaurants And turístic attracions. Very well Connected to public transport.

We really enjoyed the kindness and the way everything was sparkling clean. By the way, everything smells lovely in Niu, even the lift!!!
