there was a strange smell of chlorine in corridors and strange smell inside room that looked like sulfur or smth and even ventilaltng room did not have any effect so I guess it is a common thing. there was an issue with a remote control and staff once replaced it by coming into a room even though there was a do not disturb sign, however, earlier it was agreed with administrator that I will take it by myself.

The location is OK: quiet, close to a playground and several places; apart from the hotel restaurant, the metro is a 10-minute walk away, and the bus to the city center is 5 minutes away.The room overall was also OK. We had a column almost in the middle of the room — strange, but it didn’t really bother us.

Once, the cleaning staff came into our room (at 9 a.m., NOT on the checkout day, but in the middle of our stay) while we were still sleeping, and then made a remark saying we should have put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign. We (two women) were honestly shocked. Our sense of safety dropped to zero, because it felt like any staff member could enter the room at any time and then tell you why it was somehow your fault.Again about cleaning. The pouf that was in the room was constantly pushed between the mirror and the column, which made it uncomfortable to walk and required going around the column. The same thing happened with the phone: I kept moving it from the top of the bedside table to the lower shelf, because having the charger and water on top was more important to me. After every cleaning, the phone was put back. That’s how we knew the room had been cleaned. But why they couldn’t just leave the pouf and the phone where it was convenient for us — I have no idea.Also, every cleaning ended with us looking for our things. One time it was pajamas (they ended up on the floor behind the bedside table), another time it was a charger (it ended up on the other bedside table).

The rooms are modern, clean and spacious and breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the polite and helpful staff.

The hotel is a bit dark and far from the attractions but it is located in a beautiful and safe residential area and the stay is well worth.

Rooms are ok and clean

If your room is on the side of the restaurant you will be up until 23.30 at the minimum. You can hear people having dinner and drinks as they are in your room. There is no toiletries available and not even body lotion. This is not a 4 star hotel by any means

The comfy room, the staff with special mention to the cleaning staff, the walkable areas around the hotel, the views to Tibidabo from the room, and the restaurant.

Forgot to clean room once and toilet at restaurant had no loo paper and no reserve

Good location. Close to grocery store and medical centers.

Bed was a little too hard.

Breakfast was not included but had the chance to take it and really ejoyed it.

Despite being a ggreat residential and peaceful location, it was not near touristic places.

Cozy and quiet location close to the event venue I was attending. Ans actually it’s a good walk towards the city center, a lengthy one though. But you can hop on the metro, bicycle, bus or taxi. All very close by

The hotel was indeed small, but it offered a cozy and intimate atmosphere. It seemed perfectly suited for a single person seeking a peaceful retreat.away from the center. Furthermore, the quality of the food was truly exceptional, tantalizing the taste buds with every bite.

My experience was somewhat marred by the proximity of the playground and pool, which regrettably resulted in noise and potential disruptions. This, unfortunately, detracted from the comfort and relaxation I had hoped for. I suspect that if the hotel had not been fully booked, the situation might have been addressed more effectively.

It’s very tidy and a lot of stores are easily accessible. The staff are super lovely and helpful.

Food and the staff were amazing

The advertising is confusing we thought there was a pool .. esp as when we google mapped the place there is a pool out side …room was a bit grey .. could have done with some colour

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. The neighborhood was lovely—quiet, safe, and pleasant to walk around. Even though we visited during peak tourist season, there were surprisingly few tourists around. It was just a short walk to both the bus and metro, as well as a great shopping center nearby. We would definitely love to come back!

The beds were a bit firm for our taste, and the door to the hallway was quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from outside. Fortunately, the other guests were very quiet, so it wasn’t much of an issue.

Very good, clean and comfortable, the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's not far from the bus stop. The subway will be a little farther, but it's acceptable. There are plenty of free roadside parking on the street Av.de Pearson, 1.5km northwest of the hotel. After parking, you can go back to the hotel by bus or walk for more than ten minutes.
