Very attentive staff, great room, and a really nice location.

We had the buffet breakfast on the first morning and although it was good value for money we felt it was lacking in a few ways. The omelette was full on cold. There was nothing in the way of extra cutlery or plates and bowls

The breakfast is akin to a hostel - avoid. The gym is okay but carried stale air and the freeweights needed tidied up.

Perfect location- central to everything.Felt safe and less touristy than some of the other neighborhoods . We were able to walk to so many wonderful restaurants and bars, and it was really easy to get downtown, to the beach and to the gothic quarter on the yellow line (L4). The hotel was so calming from the second we walked in. We loved the bar / little pool on the roof- it all worked out so well!

The location is perfect and the staff is very attentive and kind.

There wasn’t enough staff at breakfast (just one employee to take out the dirty dishes, wash them, replenish the buffet…). The room doors were very noisy as well as the room floor.

Huge problem with noise insulation. We heared every breath of all the neighbors around, as if we are all in the same room. and when they flush the water, it is generally scary. We are on vacation, but we are forced to wake up at 6 am, because it does not depend on us. Also we was at number with terrace, but it's very small place between walls.

The location, really centralRoom was clean Staff was really welcoming at the entrance, thanks to them, we felt welcome, same when we left.

Room for 3 was really small. I was upgraded to a room with a « balcony ». That’s not a balcony, we could not put a single foot outside. Breakfast was really average and not worth 16€/ adult. No bread left one hour before the end. Stale reheated bread served after 15 minutes.

Everything was great

All the service staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The room is comfortable and tidy. No extra charge. There is also a small bar on the ground floor.

It’d be better if still water could be added to the room every day.

The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is better than other hotels - it has a lot of variety and very tasty. The room was clean and had everything needed. The lobby is welcoming and nicely decorated.

Some of the service is inconsistent. The phone in my room didn’t work and despite asking three times it was never addressed. The cleaning staff wasn’t always thorough. I chose this hotel over another one because it has a gym. But when I got there some of the equipment was broken.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was central. The lobby was a great first impression the room was comfortable for one night. I wouldn't relish staying longer.

The hot elements of the breakfast were all cold. We were first in for breakfast at 7.30....no excuses for cold food.

The staff were really nice and polite. They also brought us room service which was amazing!

The only thing was that the neighbor was making noise everything they entered their room and I woke up 2 times.

Loved the quaint plants everywhere and the items to choose from at breakfast were fairly varied and of high quality. They give you a free mini bar and also I got a free room upgrade. Really friendly staff. Loved the decor downstairs. All very comfortable and a great location in the hub of Gracia. Lovely items in the room and shower, kettle, big bed.

The poor lady at breakfast was on her own fully and this meant a long wait for tables to be cleared and items replenished at the buffet. But she was very sweet and she made lots of effort. Just needed one or two extra staff

Perfect hotel with good location. Close to metro station. With one metro transfer it is possible to go to Airport in 50 minutes. There is pool on rooftop which was open in december.

We love the boutique style hotel. The location was great. Friendly helpful staff.
