Ok so.......... lol.... do you want to know how they took the money for my first day and didn't give me a room? Or that the guy in the room next to me almost beat up the staff and they had to bring police.. who he then tried to take the gun from! And this after they took my money and told me no refunds when I simply tried to change dates... hahahaha and th worst part isn't even that!!! It's that the people told me this is a reoccurring thing. No people I'm not the only one they steal from and yes... even though they say no alcohol it is not a family friendly place people commit crimes here often the no drinking no drugs policy is simply a suggestion here smh oh and let's not talk about how RUDE and unprofessional their "manager" is the man manager he can't even look you in the eyes or have a conversation he talks too much and very rudely he is far from professional

Very nice and clean. Also very well organized. 5 minutes walk from night clubs at Barceloneta beach.

The hostel was in a great location near the beach. The metro stop was 8 min from there and it also had a kitchen.The beds were comfortable and the view nice. It also has a tiny rooftop space where you can check the city around. Lockers on beds were quite big too!The receptionist was friendly & always glad to help. There were 2 elevators, so wait times were minimal even if our room was on 6th floor.

I'd say the major letdown were washbasins. Either you press it and the pressure will splash you completely, or you have to hold it with one hand for lower pressure meaning it's hard to use it for any purpose. There was also no showerhead and the water ran like 10 seconds before you had to press it again, really annoying. The logic behind "bathroom" is also quite confusing, you have toilet & shower separate, but if you want to use the washbasin or even hair dryer, there is no door meaning you'll disturb anyone that is already sleeping if you come late. Really ill-conceived design...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The location is perfect and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

However, the room facilities could be improved. There was only one shower and one small toilet for 8 people, which was not very convenient. Also, one of the two elevators was not working, and since my room was on the 6th floor, the waiting time was quite long. Overall, it was a good experience.

We had a great view on the Sagrada Familia. I traveled with 4 of my friends and we had the room to our selves. So that was great. Stuff was friendly. Public transportation right in front of the house.

The place was modern and spacious. Unlike lots of other hostels, the dorm room I was in was huge and had a big space in the middle. Great for being able to pack your suitcase etc. The staff I dealt with were nice. The bus stop right out the front was handy and the neighbourhood was otherwise quiet, so slept soundly through the night.

The beds themselves were really small and could have been bigger with all the extra space in the rooms. I also like when hostels have some room to put your things next to you will you sleep (phone, book, water etc), but this has a little ledge with a hole in it that you couldn’t put anything on (which I hit my elbow on several times in the night). I also would have appreciated a privacy curtain to block out other people’s lights. The bathroom was fine but I don’t think it was cleaned during my 4 nights there. I also wasn’t told about any common spaces in the building; the reception is tiny and there were no signs elsewhere. Apart from a very small modern Italian restaurant attached to the reception, there’s not much else nearby so be prepared to walk or bus to a more bustling part of town.

Pretty spacious rooms and amazing location. The staffs were friendly and the facilities were amazing. The beach was walking distance and safe place to walk around.

The staffs could be more cheerful and greeting. Also, when you ask information be little more gentle with their response.

This is one of the best hostel experiences that I have had. The room was clean and everything was in good repair. The breakfast was very good. The location is a short walk from the metro line. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No problems or complaints. Everything was as advertised. A second chair in the room is my only recommendation.

I really recommend this hostel! It was my first ever stay at a hostel on my first solo trip! I couldn’t have stayed at a better hostel! The lady at the desk (short hair) was so lovely to me, she told me step by step how everything works. She was so open and offered help in case I had extra questions throughout my stay. The beds were so comfortable and the little board covering half of them gave me a little more privacy. Every bed was fitted with its own light, USB ports and plugs and a phone holder. The water pressure in the shower was very good. Location also very good, shops and public transport nearby.

The beds, the breakfast rich in fruits and various milks. The energy saving water taps and lights in the room. The design if things. The reception staff.

I remembered that I surely booked breakfast for our stay in the hostel, and by when we arrived "it disappeared" from the booking. It was a unpleasant experience to start our stay with. We bought it again, no problem, it was just.. mehh, you know.
