Great kind staff, great ambience, very creative restaurants

Great room, lovely breakfast, efficient and pleasant staff

Disappointed that the roof top terrace was closed and we didn’t know when we booked that it was closed

Our room was much better than expected. The hotel had an awesome bar, cafe and restaurant- definitely added a lot of value. The breakfast was great and the staff was so generous. I would stay here again for sure.

Amazing street view from my room. Had a wonderful stay overall - friendly staff, had a wonderful massage and the room was spotless. Also, the location was perfect for me. I’ll be back!

Attached to a brilliant coffee shop and great bar. Both with really good food/ drinks/ atmosphere.

The coffee at breakfast was a bit burned, we found that the staff at breakfast could have been a little bit more informative about what are the options to order besides the sweet choices at the buffet.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern

The window did not fully block out the street noise.The rooftop and its hot tub was closed. As one of the very few spaces in the hotel beyond your room I wish I had been informed of this in advance. There is a cafe and restaurant which operate separately in the building but only a single room reception room remaining open in this whole hotel.

Had a great time at the Casa Bonay in Barcelona. The hotel had a wonderful location walking distance to all the sites in Barcelona. The daily breakfast was awesome and the service was impeccable.

I liked the design idea behind this hotel but it was a budget version of what could have been. Nice touch with balcony and well isolated. Overall clean and they got us the iron quite fast after the request.

I was very disappointed with food at the breakfast. I chose this hotel because It’s mentioned that they had vegan options but the options are veeery poor and generally badly prepared with unfresh greens, zero vegetables and I even found mold in berries. I pointed out that there is mold to the lady who worked there and she looked at me as if I offended her family. I mean come on, i understand that Barcelona is touristy and some people are tired of tourists but you shouldn’t work in hospitality if you’re so annoyed with guests. When i requested more options for breakfast at the reception they told me that they’re not working with restaurant and there’s enough options(enough options being two sandwiches and chia pudding). But come on you can ask the restaurant about improving their options. The room was very small, even if I picked a bigger room. There was nowhere to sit apart from balcony, which is just showing how cheap it was. Overall I don’t understand how this place was rated so highly. The terrace was closed and they gave us coupon for free drinks at the terrace bar

The spa quality of the hotel was lovely, nice products that smelled like a spa.the beds were super comfortable. The room had a sofa which was nice to relax in . The breakfast was extraordinary.

Everything. It had such a nice feel to it. The main bar area where we also had breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful, bikes to use. Everything was thought of.

Nothing really. We didn't realise the room we booked was on a major road so the noise at night was a bit loud at times (our fault though for not checking).

Spa is closed on Mondays.Staff in reception forgot to contact the extrenal gym We/On so I could not access the gym. I needed to go back and ask them to contact the gym

Excellent location within walking distance of sights, restaurants and shops. Wonderful breakfasts. Friendly and caring staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay.

The lift looked very mangey and the bathroom was too small.

Excellent location; extremely helpful and kind staff; lovely spa; and great breakfast. Room was a decent size and had lots of light. Would definitely stay here again!

No fitness center and street noise easily came through the window.

Great location. The bed was nice and comfortable. Very clean and tidy everyday. The air con worked well. Nice amount of drinks and snacks to pick from with a focus on healthy/organic products which I liked.

The spa was not included in the price which I thought should be for guests or at least discounted. Value for money seemed a little overpriced for what you pay for. Things like laundry not included. Breakfast was also very minimal for the cost.
