I didn’t like anything at all. Staffing were rude after check-in.

Staff are so friendly. Hotel is neat & clean . Comfortable bed & complimentary drinks are remarkable.

The location. Is completely out of Barcelona city centre, too far from city. Not a single kiosk, hotel, supermarket nothing around the hotel. Hotel is so good but Booking.com has not much information about the hotel. For this suffering, I will avoid booking. com to find out my next trip accommodation

Location , pet friendly hotel

We’ve changed 3 rooms during our stay. At first, all went great but when we entered our room it turned out that there was only boiling water so we couldn’t even wash our hands. We’ve said this to receptionist and she suggested us to change the room for a while (because we really liked it) or go to up room just for having a shower and in second live until the repair is done. We moved and The second room had a horrible cigarette smell and it was much dirtier that the previous one but there were no options she said. Next day we’ve asked another receptionist that we have to move because we agreed all details with that first receptionist. She said that they’ve repaired the room but it already occupied . We understood it because it’s Christmas days and really crowded. But when we entered our room again in the evening the smell was even worse than before so we asked again to find us smth because we can’t stay there anymore , all our clothes was stinks. And what a magic , when we complained receptionist that we’ve changed a room and it was not only dirty but smelly so bad she found an option and we’ve moved for the 3rd time!!! Third one was ok, not good but still better . There were still smell of cigarettes cause someone decided to smoke right in the room and it has reached our room . will add to this that the fire detector was covered with tape???? the only advantage is that it’s pet friendly but it’s toooooo much charging 15€ per night for a dog for these conditions and 2 receptionist who really cared about their job, what not to say about others

I’ve reached out to your customer service team regarding this stay. Awaiting your response. This was my incident- Dear Booking.com Support Team,I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent booking at this stay. Unfortunately, we had to leave the property within half an hour of checking in due to a deeply concerning incident involving the property manager.Prior to arrival, I had called the property to request early check-in. The man in the white shirt, who introduced himself as the property manager, personally confirmed to me that my room was ready. When we arrived, the check-in process itself was handled by a lady at the front desk, but this same manager was present and again confirmed in person that our room was ready. My husband and I then went straight to the room after completing the formalities.During this time, my friend (the third guest in our reservation) was feeling unwell and had gone to the washroom near reception. When she returned and asked the manager where we were, he shockingly told her that our room was not ready yet, and that we were waiting on the terrace. He then offered to take her there himself. This was completely untrue, as he was the one who had twice confirmed that our room was ready and knew very well that we were already in the room.My friend, already sick, immediately realized his intentions were not safe and refused to go with him. When she told me what had happened, I confronted the manager directly. At that point, he became visibly nervous and shivering, as if he understood that he had been caught in inappropriate behavior.Given the seriousness of this situation, we did not feel safe staying at the property—especially as two women traveling with only one male companion. We requested a refund, which the manager agreed to but only after deducting €15 for “cleaning.” We accepted at that moment because our priority was our safety.

It was clean, and a huge bonus was to have parking, breakfast in the morning, and a ground floor room.

Everything was good for us, but if someone does not have a vehicle, it’s a bit out of the way to get there.

Staff was amazing and accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. The walk to the train to get into town is not bad and is in a safe area. The train is easy to navigate and in about 25 minutes you are in the heart of Barcelona. I would stay here again for my next trip.

Large room! Bed bit hard but okay. Taller beds then most hotels. Price is super. Superchargers outside for EV. Breakfast is good! Would come here again. PS bathroom needs renovating though. Old and bit broken.

Clean and comfortable rooms. But too far from Barcelona, it takes 30 minutes to get there. You will be satisfied if you come by car.

No drinking water available Breakfast not so good for vegetarians.

Hotel located in a quiet area and offers a stunning view of the mountains. Parking is available right next to the hotel. Another great perk was the option to store luggage, which was really helpful and its free. This is an excellent place to stay if you're traveling by car.

The room had a fridge and a microwave, but no kitchenware—not even a glass, fork, or spoon. This was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would recommend it for a short stay.

The hotel is very far—not just from the city center, but from the city itself. There is nothing to do nearby, no attractions or places to visit. The hotel also does not offer anything special to make up for the distance.The place is clean, but not super clean—however, there are no issues with cleanliness.The breakfast is very basic and does not match the price.The nearest metro station is a 25-minute walk away, which is not convenient.

Nice and clean rooms with forest views.

Very basic, pride themselves on being eco friendly but I feel it was too minimalist. No bar or restaurant on site, you have to have a car.

At night time, the room is way too dark! Let us thinking “come back to the hotel to sleep” and nothing else!Tv exclusively in Spanish!

Great location right off the motorway. Dog friendly and a good area to walk the dogs in the grounds. Fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was good. Great value stay. Lovely staffVery quiet and cleanComfortable bedOpening windows !
