Would have been nice to have USB ports in room. Bathtub very high to step into.

great location, right by plaza catalunya, the front desk staff was super friendly and accommodated all of our requests, from storing our luggage, to change room to one that we liked better.

The rooms have a weird configuration, with a room for shower only, and another one with toilet and sink. Our room also had 2 concrete columns right in the middle of it, which made it weird, but overall great experience

We didn't like the coach roach we found in our bathroom on the morning we were getting ready to check out. Mentioned this to reception and their response was 'oh and emailed the hotel to report this and we have not had a response.

Very clean, nicely appointed though a bit boring and basic for a 4 star hotel.

Thermostat didn't work so the room was very hot. As we left for dinner, we told Gonzalo at the front desk who didn't do anything about it so it was a sleepless night. We told them again in the morning, but didn't offer any compensation. Additionally, the shower is very confusing. The water comes straight out of the wall or out of the hand held shower head. I turned it on and was blasted with cold water in my face. I switched it to the handheld but never did figure out how to get the water to come out of the top. And I was very surprised there was no coffee maker which is almost standard in hotels this day. Definitely not a 4 star experience.

Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Rooms were actually quite spacious for European standards. Location was excellent.

The wifi was very bad in our room. The walls in the rooms were very thin and you could hear everything in the next room. The biggest issue I had was you could not control your own room temperature. The heat was on the entire time and I did not have control to turn it off. It was cool enough outside to open the windows and that did help, but it was very loud as you are on a main street. If you are a light sleeper I would not book this hotel.

The room is not like 4 star but big size keeping in mind the centre and property is more like 3 star and the room rate was high but i guess we paid for the location

The location is perfect, near to metro station, La Rambla, 20 minutes walk from Sagrada.... The room was clean all the time, beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge.

Friendly receptionists. Very attentive there.

Breakfast was very good but the server went at great length to tell me when I came at 10:20AM that they close at 10:30AM. And, they closed at 10:30AM and made me very uncomfortable finishing my coffee. In Barcelona, where you cannot get dinner place before 7PM and usually people go out at 8 or 9PM for dinner to rush someone for breakfast is not a good idea. Wifi: first night I could not get in. 2nd and 3 day I was able but the connection was unstable. No gym at all.

The location was close to a lot of tourist attractions

The room was not clean, the bathroom was missing a shower door, and the AC hardly worked.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in my room and throughout the hotel. The rooftop view was amazing, and my room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the staff was lovely.

There weren't any negatives! I'd say the only two slight negatives were the lack of free breakfast, which is typical, and the view from my window was not the greatest.

The room was large and spacious, offering a very comfortable stay. The location is prime, right in the heart of the city, making it ideal for exploring Barcelona on foot.The service was very good, and overall it offers excellent value for money. A great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and quality at a reasonable price.

Hotel staff were lovely and the location is excellent - close to everything. Was very very clean and the bed was very comfy.

A little limited for space - the chair was hard to move as it bumped into the bed. And also the room was mega hot but they tried to help. Was fine to sleep with open window.

The room is huge, clean and comfortable. The location is near to some of Barcelona’s attractions.

The location is great. It is close to many attractions, places to eat, shopping, and metro stations. The room was reasonably big and the housekeeping was on it, but not intrusive.

The bed was hard and felt cheap. The hotel changed the schedule of the HVAC on my last night because it was the first night of Winter and the room got unbearably hot. I design HVAC and scheduling should not be done that way, but based on outdoor temperature or spend the extra money on a system that can do simultaneous heating and cooling if you have interior rooms with no exterior wall, window, or roof like I had. It was also very mild for Winter, which exacerbated the problem.
