Poor hallway ventilation

Super helpful staff and good amenities.

Finishes looking tired in places. Could use a more work friendly lobby area for those traveling and working (better chairs, outlets, lower volume ambient music area).

The hotel was in a good location. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance and close to public transportation. The room is a little small but cute. Rooftop bar area was nice but pool was also very tiny like a wading pool.

Wifi connection was not good in my room. Was only able to connect maybe a total of 5 minutes the entire time I was there.

Reception staff helpful; hotel clean and well maintained; beds comfortable; good range of complementary items in bathroom. Two original Miró paintings in reception; nice terrace; close to metro and buses; lots of restaurants nearby

Pool smaller than it looked in photos.Room was small; balcony faced rear of hotel and was not a good view, and was noisy at night. The 'art hotel' aspect was disappointing, despite the Miró paintings - not as 'arty' on each floor as I would expect.

The room are small room but it's perfect in BCN you are all the time out...the bed onees of the best, the line are good and the pillow perfect, the pool it's a little small but good for a relax, the breakfast was delicious, very good and fresh. excellent

Staff was so helpful and made my stay very relaxing.

The staff were wonderful and attentive to anything we asked about.

Ideal location. Lovely safe area with loads of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The plunge pool on the roof was an added bonus!

The staff were lovely especially Oriol and the young lady that work at reception. Very helpful to me and my girlfriend. Would stay again!

Rooms were smaller than expected.

The variety of the meats and cheeses as well as being able to order off the menu. The staff was very accommodating to all of our needs. They stored our luggage before and after our trip as well as ordered our taxi.

It’s just the sofa bed was defective, the head part was leaning downwards and they were not able to fix it or transfer us to a different room due to that it’s full.

The staff were amazing! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The beds were so comfortable so had a great sleep both nights.
