Pros +
- The bed was very comfortable!!! The robes and slippers were great and the mini bar amenities were reasonable and nice to have.
- Location, staff, and events
- The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean.
Cons -
- We needed some facial tissue (kleenex), I kind of wanted something between the regular window and the blackout door. Its harder to wake up and adjust in pure darkness. The handheld shower kept changing temperature on its own a couple of times.
- Pool was very small. Plus a lot of cheap hardware in the room.
- The toilet in our room would run unless we after flushing would mess with the buttons. The bedding was not 5 star at all. Flimsy comforter, small lumpy pillows, not comfortable robes. Overall I would rate this hotel 4 star at best.
