Very friendly, helpful staff for the most part. Hotel was very centrally located and close to the Metro for easy getting around.

Pool hours and "bar"were disappointing. Breakfast was expensive for the poor quality of buffet food, most of which was cold despite being "hot" foods.

The room was a nice size, very helpful staff, very clean, great location.

I would have liked a coffee maker in the room.

The location was amazing. Reception and bar staff were warm and accommodating. Clean, light room. Stay here.

Brunch staff were rude, more an attitude barrier than language barrier. Could have used a reasonably placed outlet for charging devices (like by the desk or bed instead of only in the bathroom or by the room door). Whatever, this place was great anyway.

Nice location, good size rooms, liked the pool area (although I did not get a chance to use it), lobby was pleasant.

Location excellent for most things walking distance and to airport bus plenty good restaurants in this area and no hasting to go into bars unlike las Ramblas would defiantly return

I booked a room for 1 night at HCC when my flight out of Barcelona was cancelled at the last minute. There were many other cancellations and finding an available room in downtown was difficult. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful during this chaotic time. Our room was comfortable and clean.

Beds was very comfortable. Very clean room. Swimming pool was good too.

No ice availale take to the room, no ice machine. No self laundromat on property. Only one chair in the room, two people cant use table at the same time.

Everything was very good , spacious clean room - excellent location - perfect staff reception and house keeping

Nothing serious, just daily free water and tissue box would be nice guesture

Breakfast food was good

No AC or room control, the room got a bit warm. And not all staff could speak English.

Everything, the location and the rooms all adorable and its my third time I book this hotel in Barcelona and I will everytime books this one once I’m in Barcelona

Everything is perfect

Cleanliness of the room, location and professionalism of the staff.

Unfortunately the pool was shut (seemed a little bit early given it was only October, sunny & 26 degrees), this was one of th reason I choose the hotel. Other than that, the service and facilities were very good.

The breakfast room was nicely decorated and accommodated approximately twenty tables. The food selection was awesome. There was ample space to view and select what you wanted. The staff was courteous and strived to maintain the room clean and free of used plates and cups. They ensured there was an adequate supply of food and beverages available. Loved the coffee machines!

The bedroom is modern and clean. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops, all in walking distance.

Nothing to dislike.
