The staff was the most amazing part of our stay. Extremely professional, helpful and kind people. It truly made an impact in our stay.

Delightful hideaway hotel in a superb location. Comfortable bed beautifully clean
Great location. Bed was massive! Really comfy
Took a while to check in but staff are lovely. Doors are noisy so early mornings are loud
The location was excellent! My room was clean and everyone was helpful.
Great location, comfortable hotel which met our needs for a two day stay! Lovely staff!
Nothing - having read some negative reviews I was pleased to note that we did not incur any negatives during our stay and the hotel met and exceeded our expectations.
Staff were lovely, location was good
Room was very small, beds were twin but touching and really firm.
Location
The comfort room with city view which we had bookedWas not allocated to us Our room 218 was very cramped and had one small window with a view of down pipes
Location and staff were helpful
A couple of days we didn’t have hot water in the morning
The rooms
The Breakfast was served in pre-prepared boxes like in planes, tasteless and some items were with mould. Unacceptable for that price. Breakfast was included in the price but my Colleague had to pay extra to have a breakfast outside of the hotel too. They didn't want to have their breakfast in the hotel. Nothing else is offered if you have food allergies/ intolerance. the box was full of sweet, nothing from dairy or savoury items .
Great location, nice room, cute balcony
Got 2 single beds instead of the double bed selected
Comfortable and clean and a great location, with very friendly helpful staff.
Only thing missing is a hotel breakfast room

Super location . Within easy walking distance to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Roof really well appointed. Biggest bed I've ever seen. Lovely and comfortable. Bottle of water provided every day which was a really nice touch along with chocolate. Refreshments available all day in foyer which were much appreciated. Loved this hotel and would definitely return. Late checkout was terrific. Gluten free restaurant at entrance had fab breakfast and lots of restaurants nearby
