The staff was exceptional. 5 stars

the hotel was located in the gothic region, directly opposite the cathedral across the square , we had a balcony so able to watch daily life / entertainers.

there was nothing about the city or the hotel I didn't like the entire stay was fantastic, lots to visit .. lots of walking with an array of stunning this to see .. and as ever the Spanish nation hospitality is fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at Lamaro Hotel Barcelona. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of major attractions. The rooms are stylish, very clean, quiet, and comfortable.The staff is friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. Great value for money — I would happily stay here again.

Just 2 elevators that also serve visitors to the rooftop observation deck, creating congestion and long waiting times during peak hours

Very nice large room with view of the Cathedral. Excellent Breakfast - both the choice of food and the breakfast room. Great Roof terrace with view onto the Cathedral. Tapas style lunches delicious.

On two mornings - we stayed 5 days - there was NO hot water so cold showers for both of us! A Handyman/ Mechanic Antony investigated at least twice, without success, and only on the day we left did one of the Reception staff tell us that there had been problems with the hot water supply the week before we arrived. We feel we should have been told about that on the first day there was no hot water, and we feel we should have been given some compensation, even if small, for the inconvenience.

Everything. Especially the staff, at the reception, at the entrance, during breakfast and the driver (whose name unfortunately I do not remember) who took us to the airport

The only thing I can say is that the room was poorely decorated and it did not match the luxury and the decoration of the rest of the hotel.

It was a beautiful property, great location, staff was great. It had a large lobby area with seating and the ability to get a coffee or drink which I really like. Dining facility was very good and the rooms were spacious.

The room was warm for us, we turned the heat off but needed to open the window at night to cool the room down.

The location is the best, just opposite of Cathedral Barcelona. Roof top terrace was very nice!It was clean.

Breakfast was poor. In my opinion the hotel is like 4* not 5*

Great location. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. It was our honeymoon and the staff acknowledged this with a beautiful letter and bottle of champagne.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in an Executive Room.From the very first moment until the end of our stay, the experience was simply outstanding.The hotel, including the room, was very clean, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay in.The shower was perfect, and the room was amazing, quiet and relaxing.The staff were always welcoming, polite, and very helpful.I would especially like to mention Zor, who was extremely kind, please send him our regards.Also, a big thank you to Mohammad, the hotel’s driver, for his kindness.The location is wonderful, the atmosphere in the evenings is very pleasant around the hotel.I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.Thank you for making our trip so much more enjoyable and truly phenomenal!

The construction works right from the window. Couldn’t open the window because of the dust from constructions

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the Gothic quarter, with easy access to most attractions and transport connections. The hotel itself is great- very comfortable, spotlessly clean, staff is always very kind and helpful. The restaurant offers good choice for late lunch or dinner. The rooms are spacious a d very comfortable.

The property was very well located, helpful and very polite team, close to all sites, will come again next year ☺️

Excellent location, staff could not do enough to help us. We only stayed one night but would definitely come back.
