Wonderful, central location. Staff very pleasant. Room was spacious. Breakfast buffet well worth the price, with many options for all diet types. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location and helpful staff.

A minor thing but there was construction work going on. It did not disturb us. A minor inconvenience and the areas that have been finished were lovely.

Great location on a pedestrian mall that could still be accessed by taxi. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to meet tours. Breakfast was wonderful (fresh orange juice). The staff was very helpful with arranging ground transportation to our cruise ship.

The location is perfect close to everything, the staff were so helpful and very friendly the hotel is beautiful rooms pefect ,ive been to Barcelona lots of times and this hotel is by far the best hotel I've stayed in i will be back for sure highly recommended

Location, accommodation, staff

The location was very good and the staff was pleasant and very accommodating. We discovered a cleanliness issue late one night and the person on duty addressed the situation to the best of their ability immediately. Management followed up first thing in the morning and issue was completely and satisfactorily resolved.

While the breakfast buffet has great variety and plenty to offer. I feel it is not a good value for someone who eats a small amount.

Great location, good sized rooms and bathroom.

The room seemed like it was half cleaned. Was told there was an upgrade but didn’t seem like it. Staff were not very friendly upon arrival. Not welcoming whenever we re entered the hotel and seemed to be sniggering and whispering in Spanish. Overall would probably stay again purely because of the price and location but not for any other reason. Very unfriendly checking out.

Absolutely amazing location! I would definitely come back. The cleaners cleaned our room every single day, restocked the complimentary refreshments in their. Staff were very helpful

Some of the hotel needed to be refurbished, some stairs going up to 4th floor was cracked and missing. A bit of a hazard as I tripped up them. They did not provide slippers or anything like that( not a necessity) also although the cleaners came in to clean everyday, there was clumps of another woman’s hair in the corner of our room that got stuck on our suitcase.

Most hotels in Spain have coffee machine with pods. That would be good. But nothing else to complain about

A lower priced continental breakfast would be great. I don’t eat a big breakfast, so I cannot justify paying 22€ for a slice of toast and coffee. The coffee in the room is instant powder, so a Nespresso machine might have solved above problem. For the rest nothing not to like

There is nothing not to like about this property , all the staff are helpful and friendly reception, bar staff and chamber maids, bedroom great size, clean, with everything you will need… Hotle its self is in a perfect location to explore

Great value for the entire experience and a great location as well. Near a lot of activities and near a metro to easily get to everything else. The staff was always very helpful and kind.
