Room too small for the price.

Well furnished modern hotel with very comfortable bed and bathroom facilities. The staff were excellent, very helpful and always cheerful and ready to offer tips for making trips out much easier. The breakfast was very good with an excellent choice of hot and cold food- nice view from breakfast room over Las Ramblas. Nice touches such as keyless entry to room and refillable water. We had a very minor problem which was fixed within 5 minutes and that was at 9pm. Service was good throughout

Nothing that we didn't like

An exceptional stay from start to finish, warm, attentive staff, spotless, recently refurbished stylish rooms, superb food, peaceful sleep (stayed in courtyard room), and thoughtful touches throughout. Service was flawless, and every detail felt premium. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it. Truly five-star overall.

The online check in button in the email did not work which caused a small delay at check in but was very kindly given a free early check in! I think the elevator should require a code to access the guest floors but you have to walk by the Front Desk so OK!

Location is the best, its right on the spot..train station restaurants convenience store is everywhere, i couldnt ask for more.The lady during our check in was exceptionally nice, very accomodating.

It is located on a road that is under construction and checking in and checking out was quite a hassle as we had to drag all our bags with us along the street.

Lovely big rooms, comfortable beds, clean and lots of well thought-out elements. Staff were very helpful.

A little noisy outside the room-could hear other guests as if they were in the room. We brought a car and it wasn’t clear how difficult that would be with access (partly due to building works on La Rambla) given the location.

Difficult to find hotel as building works on all of the Ramblas, especially outside hotel, don’t you have large cases forget as your fighting against the public in a closed off area with tiny pavement.If I had of know I wouldn’t have stayed in the area, as getting a taxi was also a nightmare.Plus restaurant for breakfast looks over building works, so not attractive.Breakfast also very very basic and poor, description was misleading when booking

We had a beautiful stay! Amazing hotel, with great location, staff super friendly and kind, rooms modern and clean. For Valentine’s day they left us bunch of chocolates in the room, so thoughtful.

Excellent location, bang on La Ramblas. Spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Special mention to Hector for always making us feel welcome with his smiley face! Great recommendation for a Flamenco show, was the highlight of the stay for us.

WiFi didn’t work right, throughout our stay. However, they tried to fix it, with all earnest, once we mentioned it. The day we left early, we had ordered a vegetarian breakfast to go. But had a ham sandwich in our box! Kind of disappointing since the paper bag also had vegetarian scribbled on it. So it was noted but wasn’t executed right.

hotel is in the middle of the pavement construction area. you shall write this important detail on your portals. I have 20 months old baby with me and construction starts around 08:30 just 2 meters ahead from the hotel. location and hotel facilities were nice, but construction effects almost everything.

Good location with various shops nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location is the only reason i stayed here and i was right. Hotel is fine, new and Location is perfect. The rest isnt great.

I gave my clothes for laundry and it took more than a day and a half and didnt get my clothes back even though i marked the "express" option. After 24 hours and 3 complaints the staff told me that they do t do the "express" option in this hotel anymore. The soap and shampoo are not good, some of the worst I've used in any hotel ever. Bring your own.Although location is great but the noise is way too much. At night its very loud outside in the main street and all the noise is in the room. There was construction early morning and you wake up on the sound of heavy machinery

loved the location that it was in although the time that my boyfriend and i went there was constructions blocking the sidewalk and then later that night there was a protest for a supermarket nextdoor which ended up having police block off our side of entrance and we had to prove we were staying there. staff was very accomadating, we got there at 1030 from a redeye and wanted to wash off and lay down for a bit and they allowed us to check in without needing to pay a fee also, we stayed here for a night and that will probably be the most i'd ever recommend for this hotel

the hotel lobby and hallways looked upscale and nice but the room itself felt very budget motel-y, it didn't feel completely clean and was somewhat cheaper looking furniture and bathroom could've used a deeper proper clean (although i thoroughly wipe down everything in a hotel room prior to use) AC would not stay on properly and was constantly humid feeling no matter how low we were trying to get it. we could also hear almost everything and everyone walking past our door that it was keeping us from having a good nights rest even with being jet lagged
