Sant Jordi Hostels Rock Palace

What amazing and unforgettable experience staying there and its my First Carnival experience! Meeting new people, great staff! I would definitely will come back and recommend this place. Thank you

I was sleeping in the sofa as there is not available room for me to stay as i arrived very early at 2am and check in time was 2pm. But anyway its understandable as it was fully booked.

The staff was very friendly, all the facilities clean and nice. You get your own locker in the room, beds are comfortable, kitchen is clean and have everything you need.

Pretty basic hostel. We were there just for a night. The kitchen in the basement was very big, with almost everything you need to prepare your meal. Our room had a balcony with nice view.

The toilet was not always clean :( The shower area also looked a bit unclean.

Turning off the lights. No AC or air circulation. The room was very hot. Could not sleep at night

Amazing location and staff was good. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean.

The bathrooms were horrible, not clean at all. Even we informed the staff about it but they didn't do anything. It ruined our stay in Barcelona. Especially during the new year's night, it felt like humans don't live here, the animals just used the bathrooms.

Great hostel with a very good location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were nice to relax in. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Good value for money and a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend it to other travelers.

Location was good. Pub crawl was good and well organised. Sangria was good .

Bathroom was not clean. Toilet was stinky. Beds were too noisy.no curtains are given for beds. Stairs to climb the upper bed are not covered . Breakfast was very basic.no variety of meat was provided.

helpful staff and good location and if you are traveling alone and you want to see the nightlife of Barcelona with group in hostel is really grate

annoying people in the room which is not something related to the hostel. it makes it really hard to sleep cause the others don't respect and don't consider that they are in a hostel and a common area

Great location and clean rooms.

Be aware the lights don't go out until 11pm. Which means it can be hard coming off jet-lag or resting early.

Budget friendly hostel with breakfast and all staff are so much friendly.

Just increase veg options in breakfast.. otherwise everything is fine.

Historical building, massive kitchen. Tv room, terance etc. Beautiful place and very nice worker's

The cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in! Location also great. Friendly staff. Good and free dinner, though a bit too late never taken.

The room door is old-style and not sound-proof. People talking lound in the corridor affects sleep quality.

Booked last minute and had a really nice stay! I love the rooms (it honestly looks like a castle). Staff was very friendly!

Everything, location is superb close to all the interesting places, the staff was very friendly especially the guy I forget his name , the luggage storage is free of charge, the kitchen is equipped, lot of area to take a rest or drink coffee. Really i recommend it

Only.... They don't provide the bath staff (shampoo , bath gel...) as other hostels do , even if they're cheaper.

There cannot be a better hotel as far as location is concerned, it is centrally located, walkable from almost all major tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants and supermarket around, 24 hours reception and very friendly. Everything was excellent, cleanliness is superb, I saw housekeeping cleaning at around 0200 hours in the morning too. Only small flaw that I found is that, in absence of any air circulation, the dormitory air becomes quite clumsy within short time, especially at night when the staff locks the only available balcony door and then there is no air circulation at all. Also, the breakfast could be more organized and better at that price, esp when plenty choices are available just outside the property. Cracking noise from the entry door hinges (room 502) disturbing everyone's sleep could have been attended to, just few drops of oil on the hinges.

I like the approach and attitude of the Reception Staff. Next I liked is the superb Location of the property, an absolute value for money. And lastly, it the value for money
