- The service at the front desk was wonderful. I had many questions about transportation and they helped. There are cabs 24/7 so we were able to get where we needed to go any time! All the staff helped us with luggage as well as giving directions!
- Breakfast was great, when they didnt get it wrong.. Water pressure in the shower was amazing!! Across from a museum and next door to the arenas (a mall)

- From day one we had issues with the passes not working. Such an inconvenience. Most of the time the pool area was blocked off for private events. Besides those things, its a nice hotel. Around 20 mins out from everything but taxis were accessible.
- No washcloths (face towels) and no tissues
- Hours of swimming pool if it can be opened till late night
