- Very friendly assistant Manager with personal attention.
- Great staff.
- The breakfast buffet was amazing! And it is so convenient to be able to take an elevator right into the train station.
Cons -
- Long que due to event at check-in.
- Very busy area with the train, bus and subway stations below the hotel.
- there was no tissue box nor slippers
