Catalonia Mikado Hotel

Location

There was mold in the bathroom and the rooms were dirty

Good location, nice staff, clean room. Welcome drinksz

Small rooms.

Beatrice was so patient we had 15 students which can be hard she did so well with everything.

Small but comfortable room for a few days, chromecast available, lovely staff at the reception

The room was very nice, quiet and clean. The breakfast was really good. The staff were helpful and kind. Would definitely stay there again. Great price quality.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is very small and quite dirty. The bed not very comfortable.

Rooms nice and very clean, hotel staff very friendly, close to medical center that we waited the admission to. Overall, a fantastic experience. Merci - Gracias.

No complaints whatsoever. Everything was great.

Location is good, price is definitely good (for Barcelona).

The shower drain was clogged, couldn't have the shower open for over 30 seconds without the whole plate being filled with water and getting out to the rest of the room.. Really bad.

Everything was spot on- super clean, comfortable, easy. Staff are so very nice, pleasant, attentive, helpful, respectful. There was an issue with noisy guests, for example, and the staff were very professional in dealing with it swifty and ensuring the comfort of everyone else.

The room was very small- just a heads up and I personally sorely missed having a kettle! No cups of tea or anything to be had. :(

Staff members are friendly, location was close to the airport as well as the town centre.I like to exercise so the gym is a bonus!

Room was clean and neatStaff is friendly

The pillow was not sufficientWould like to have a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee, there was never one available at the front deskThe safe did not workOne day our room door was open when we got back to our room

I'll never go back there,...

Bad service, I forgot an electronic device in the room, I called them to check if they found it and the answer was "we'l call you back". I'm still waiting the call. Who have my device? The cleaning service? The receptionist? The manager?

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Bathroom smelt of sewage and was not clean

Breakfast, location, service, and gym

The quality of the pillow in order to sleep better

Breakfast.

My room was too noisy and there was too much light coming from the bathroom (with a glass door). Found it hard to sleep.

The neighborhood was calm and pleasant, and the hotel staff were outstanding—always kind, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best experience

I would love to see the rooms in different colors, as the orange tones don’t really match the otherwise high quality of the space. Everything else about the room was excellent.

Helpful staff and nearby restaurants and metro station, breakfast was good enough for me with enough choice.

As a light weight for me the bed was just too hard. It was very noisy from mostly people walking across the room or youth that came 'home' early in the morning. There was a minibar of where the light was broken (and was flashing towards the bed). First night had to cover it, turned off by the staff, but suddenly the issue came back.

I was happy with the quietness of the hotel and I would like to thank the reception staff for their kindness and cooperation with me in particular Kana and Anwar

Very pleasant hotel, clean and the staff were very friendly and professional.Facilities were great .

Very clean, compact hotel, staff were great and breakfast very good and definitely worth the extra. Close to the Hospital if you’re having treatment.

It has limited outside space but we knew that prior.
