The pool

The front desk staff was INCREDIBLY rude when we checked in. We had a giant cockroach in the bathroom. The AC wasn’t working. Shower leaked all over the floor. The floor in the room was mess because of it from previous guests. Do not recommend!

We were upgraded to a suite but it was odd as you walk into a lounge area with a sofa and 2 sinks, no windows! I don?t want to wash or clean my teeth in the hallway/lounge.

As mentioned above, strange location of sinks. No mirror in shower room. No internet or screen mirroring on tv and staff didn?t help. Room so hot. I have hot flushes so chose 4 * with air con, staff said hotel only has heating. WRONG for 4*!!

The staff at front desk was not very friendly nor welcoming. Was not provided any information about hotel i.e. where elevators are located, breakfast information

The hotel was very centric to the city. Most sights were walkable. It was easy to get around. Lots of great places to eat nearby with grocery stores and pharmacies for anything you might need. It had multiple elevators and vending machines on every floor.

We went in March and needed the A/C. It did not work the first 2 days in our room. It was very stuffy since we couldn't open the window due to air quality issues. Staff was nice and brought us fans to circulate air.

The location was great. The staff was efficient.

The rooms at this hotel are in needs of upgrades. In our bathroom the sink was cracked, the door frame was very damaged by water. The wall when coming into the room was damaged. This could be a real 4 star hotel, just needs fixing and updates.

Location was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Could walk to most everything except to Park Guell. Recommend a taxi which took about 40 minutes.

I like the location and the staff is friendly

I was assigned on the room which has a connecting door to other room. And it was not good, we can loudly hear the noise and voices from the other room, also the noises from outside, windows are not sound proof. Unfortunately i was not satisfied.

The location and the interior design are wonderful.

The hotel was too hot because the heat was a bit high, but it had no AC option during the winter. Also the shower was very small and we didn't get new tissues and cups even though the staff cleaned the room daily. Lastly, sound-proofing was horrible.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

No ventilation in bathroom. It allows moisture built up from shower and smells like mold.

The circuit breakers in my room kept blowing so i had to reset them a lot

Prime location, within walking distance of everything. Spotlessly clean. The team is outstanding: always friendly, professional, and eager to help with any request.

Good clean Hotel and the room in good with comfortable beds , the staff was great specialy Jose special thank to him and all the staff , the location is just 4 minute away from PG garcias road , but keep in mind uber driver take some time to reach you so its better to walk to an open roads

Location was close to everything.

Disappointed that the gym is not open early in the morning! People like to do a workout early in the morning, then carry on their day. Open it up early!!Also the roof area is closed too early at night. People want to go up there and enjoy the outdoor view at night!

Arranged transportation from airport to hotel through hotel, service was great. We were given an upgrade to he room that I had originally booked - it was fantastic. Will definitely book this hotel again when we are in Barcelona.
