Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was available earlier than advertised and very clean and comfortable. Great location - easy walking to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The cleanliness and food.

That housekeeper took $250 US from my daughter wallet and hotel said there wasn't anything they could do because it wasn't in the safe.

this hotel has the most wonderful staff. Our first room had problems with the heating system and it was terribly hot. the staff immediately moved us into another room which was bigger and more comfortable for our family. They were kind and attentive.

Great hotel, new, nice rooms. The service from the staff was great. They helped us with restaurant reservations, taxi's, changing money, electrical adapter. Everyone was friendly and spoke excellent English.

Staff was very friendly and fast and hotel has a nice layout and comfortable beds.

We had no washcloths and the room was kind of dark. The desk lamp was broken. Breakfast was nice but a little expensive for a buffet as was the room service charge. The hotel itself is very nice.

It stated gym facilities but had to pay. Whilst minimal cost it should be conveyed on site.

The hotel is right on the main street, it has a cool roof top pool and bar. It also has water at the door, that is key and apples :)

Great location, good rooftop pool. Room was of a good size, particularly for Europe.

Staff. Housekeeping woke us up before 9 every morning, even weekends. The front desk was completely understaffed and slow/unable to help with basic things (help with a reservation, checking out).

Loved everything about this place. A highlight is the roofdeck/bar/restaurant--great spot for taking in the rooftops of Barcelona in the evening.

There was some minor confusion/delay regarding our room upon arrival.

Everything was great. Staff was nice and friendly Rooms are big and clean , the rooftop had a great view, star was great & pool was clean
