The staff was courteous and helpful. The proximity of the place from the tour sites, hop on hop off, restaurant & cafes & stores.

The bathroom tub was not convenient as the water was splashing out all over and the glass divider was loose. There were no handles to go in our out of it was the water everywhere made it quite slippery.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and we were able to check into our room at 12pm instead of 3pm which was very helpful.

The rooms were very noisy, mainly from other guests having to use the stairs all evening with the lifts not working properly. More soundproofing required.

This hotel is really nice. I had a beautiful room and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and quick to make me feel at home.

The hotel itself is old, but our family room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a family of four, with good‑quality beds. The breakfast and cleaning staff were very kind, polite, and helpful, and the breakfast itself was really good.

Our room was only available at 15:00, even though I had requested early access twice before our arrival. On the first day only, the room was cold during the first hours, and there was noise from elevator reconstruction for about half an hour during rest time.

Everything is good in the room. But the bathroom always smelled awful; maybe it's the drain. It would be nice if the hotel provided us with the water bottles as the other hotels do. Otherwise, we are satisfied.

I stayed only one night but the room was spotless and the room was pretty quiet.

In a more local area, out of tourist area but not far from Park Guell.

The public transport access is not as easy if you are closer to the city. More bus led than trains so a bit slower. Not a major though.

I want to say a big thank you to Ali and the staff at reception along with those serving at the morning buffet. I want to commend the Hotel Team on their professionalism, support and friendly nature.

Impossible to sleep due to low quality curtains. Light from the street all night and during the morning from the sun etc. They need to invest in blackout curtains. No soundproofing either.

Loved our room however the bathroom was on opposite side of the elevator. Lots of noise from that but less do in the bedroom. Room 705.

Hygiëne was not okay. Unclean and a lot of dirty places. Also not properly maintained. Much old stuff..

It was stunning, so much space and super comfortable. The staff were fantastic. We loved this hotel, the only downside was it was quite far from the centre of Barcelona, which I knew on booking.
