I really liked the location & how there was a hair dryer. Their water pressure was amazing too.

As an American who gets heat strokes very easily, air conditioning was very important to me which is why I chose this place. I knew before coming to europe that the AC units are very different from Americans,but our room was marketed for AC. However, it did NOT have an AC in the room and I had to sleep with all the windows open ,so it was really noisy at night. When I called the first day, they confirmed there was no AC. Do not market this hotel for AC when it does NOT have AC. It also does not have a microwave which was a bummer.

Lack of insonorisation of window: street noise was disturbing during the night. Open bathroom concept is simply not my style

We had a junior suite and it was very comfortable The bathroom and shower were great. The breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of pastries and made to order eggs. With a great staff, wonderful facilities, and an excellent location, this is a great choice for a vacation in Barcelona.

The facilities and amenities are not what is expected from a 4 star hotel. From the lobby to the room it’s not well maintained or updated. Although the rooms are clean the peeling wallpaper, clogged drains and dated furniture makes the facilities feel worn.

I was very impressed with my room and the view from the 11th Floor. The room was spacious as were the bathroom facilities. It had everything we needed. The location was very central to several major attractions and we were able to walk to all of them. I was also really impressed with the offer of water in the lobby and the popcorn and sweet station went down a treat with my son. These extra touches really made an overall good impression on arrival.

Nothing, everything was great. I might have been tempted to enjoy breakfast if it was bit cheaper for guests.

Lovely hotel in a shopping area, some cafes and restaurants close by, though a bit further from the old town location wise. Really clean and comfortable room. Felt safe in the area. Easily accessible by bus stop outside door. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great roof terrace and view.

The glass door for the toilet and shower is lacking privacy.

We had a wonderful stay at Hesperia Barcelona Presidente. The location is perfect—central enough to reach everything easily, yet quiet and relaxing when you’re back at the hotel. Service was consistently warm and attentive. The biggest (and happiest) surprise was how pet-friendly it is: our pet was welcomed with a comfy bed, water and food bowls. It made us feel completely at home. Highly recommended for a calm, comfortable base in Barcelona!

The staff the location the facility and breakfast.

The room was not sound proof. It was above a night club and we didn’t sleep for two nights as the noise of the crowd outside the hotel was disturbing. It carried on till 6:00am. When I mentioned it at the reception. Tell us they could have change the room ! Amazing so 3:00am to change the room ? The night after was the same. They said that’s how it is in Barcelona. It’s not UK to finish everything about 1:00am. Here it goes on till morning. The receptionist was condescending rather than apologetic. This was the receptionist. early morning 15 of nov.

Staff was very helpful and caring. Room was big with new furnitures and auxillieries.

The room, the bed and bath room were big enough and the hotel is on a large street with not too many noise at night.

Location was good room was not comfortable

Uncomfortable room , bathroom had leaked door. View was good but cud not open windoes .they were locked l. Expensive price to pay for small room .

I really liked the location of this hotel. The hotel rooms are very clean and modern. The breakfast was abundant and very delicious. It was a bit pricey since we went during peak season but I would definitely return and stay here on my next trip to Barcelona.
