- The customer service and personal touch they provided was remarkable. They went above and beyond my expectations.
- We stayed in a suite overlooking the Mediterranean Sea absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help at every turn. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate my birthday! Simply GREAT!
- The staff is wonderful! We dealt with the front & concierge desks as well as several department managers. The concierge made several good and nearby suggestions for authentic cuisine. The front desk & managers werevery helpful in resolving several issues

- We couldn't get a seat by the infinity pool.
- Nothing negative to report
- The staff at times poorly executed fixes to problems. I.e., delivering a bottle of champagne to apologize unannounced at nearly 11 PM the night before check out.
