The location

It's not clean, staff is rude and too expensive for what is pretty much a motel 6.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It was very hot, and my room Air conditioning was not working. Bathroom door was broken, Main door safety lock was broken and safe deposit box did not work,

They lie in the photos. They gave us a service room that was on a dark wet corner of the building with no light and no ventilation. When we arrived they told us they did not have any other room and that the pictures on the site were the ¿other rooms¿.

The hotel was centrally located.

Although centrally located, the walls were so thin that you could hear everything on the streets which made it difficult to sleep. The beds were really uncomfortable. The first room we were put in did not have a key to the security box.

Bad smelling from bath and toilet, no refrigerator, safety box is so old and not safe , room floor & door handle need maintenance, is key door open not card

Exceptional location and welcoming staff - cleaning service was impeccable! Room cleaned daily along with fresh linens and towels. Wonderful stay!

Very close to the trains and the Gothic Quarter

The bathroom smelled very bad. Initially we were in another room, very small, that smelled awful. So the staff changed us to another room, which was a bit larger and only the bathroom smelled. It smelled like mold very strongly, so we kept the door closed

Location only!

I booked two rooms unfortunately for myself and friends , very disappointing . As soon you would open the hotel door to enter and n the rooms there was an awful small. This hotel needs to be upgraded ,

Location, location, location! Our room overlooked La Rambla, and we felt as if we were in the middle of everything. Great restaurants nearby! Free luggage storage meant that we did not have to lug our bags around with us all day before a late flight out.

The beds were not at all comfortable, which is a disadvantage when one is walking all over Barcelona during the day.

Location was perfect!!

We were there for 4 nights and wifi didn't work for 3 nights despite of complaining everyday.

The location was perfect. Right on Las Ramblas right in the middle of the action. It was noisy outside but you could close the windows and not hear a thing.

It said there was a shuttle which there was not. This was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. I think the price was too high for Friday night because of the room. Breakfast was not included although it was included for some people.

Breakfast is way to expensive, 12 euros per person is ridiculous.

Location was amazing!

Size of room is small.

Great location, was offered an upgraded room which was great

The bar is amazing great atmosphere and music

The room was boiling hot and we couldn’t sleep it was that bad!!!

The location was perfect ! The place even that was somehow old but it was in perfect condition, very clean and the cleaning staff was great . Also the reception staff was very friendly and welcoming !

What i didn't like was that in the bathroom there wasn't any slippers and the pub made little bit to much noise at night , but in overall was good Hotel .

Great location

One of the front desk staff members was not helpful. She refused to help us about showing us how the room temperature works.

The location was fantastic Staff were so friendly and kind on all the days I was there Loved the balcony in the room Cleaning staff were so kind also

I travelled alone so it wasn’t too much of a problem but the toilet door wouldn’t close - if I were sharing the room it would have been embarrassing ! the colour of the walls were abit jarring and could do with updating to something modern
