Park Hotel

Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was perfectly on time. We could even check in earlier than expected!

Great location, room size suitable and good shower.

The parking situation. I had issues with my parking ticket and the hotel and parking company kept asking me to run back and forth to sort this. It was eventually solved and the staff at the hotel were most patient.I do think that a better agreement between the private car park and the hotel could be done when there are issues. Not making the customs run back and forth and beg for people to just call each other. I have screws in my leg and this wasn’t suitable but I had to do it. The staff were good- but this lack of back up plan would help them as the parking managers were less than helpful or caring to both me and the hotel reception staff.I will return but will seek to park elsewhere unless I absolutely have to.

Great staff; great location and very clean facilities

The location was perfect and rooftop was very nice.

We had to wait a while to check in and were not allowed to drop our bags. The rest of the stay was great but that was a bad way to start.

Wonderful staff - smiling, helpful. You are the best!The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. The location is great, close to the beach and the center.

Location, Cleanliness and comfort

The staff here are really friendly and give you a great welcome. Also friendly at breakfast and dinner and seem to enjoy their work! The hotel is in a great location. The food, especially at dinner, is so delicious and really original and yummy tapas dishes! The room is cosy and comfortable and has everything you need. The beds are comfy! A lovely stay and I'll definitely pick this hotel again when I'm next in Barcelona : ) Thank you!

Comfortable bed, great bath room, convenient location in the lively Born with the metro just a short walking distance away. Friendly staff and daily cleaning of the room.

One tiny detail: I used the coffee maker on the room once and I was charged for it (and the quality of that coffee was actually quite bad). I had not expected that this would be charged for.

The location is great and the staff was nice. There's a nice rooftop with swimming pool and lounge chairs. The bed was comfy with good pillows.

The room was okay, but a bit outdated and a bit small. There's a glass (not transparent) door to the bathroom/toilet that doesn't fully close, so not much privacy.The shower was leaking so the bathroom was quite wet after shower. Could see that everything was a bit old, and a bit moldy in the corners etc.

It was warm friendly and clean and a good location

I would have appreciated some English tea and small kettle in the room for convenience in the mornings, there was a coffee machine and pods (part of the mini bar) but tea and hot water would have been lovely.

Room was good in size for one person and a decent size of the Bathroom. Best part of the room was a small balcony overlooking the side street.

Terrible terrible customer service. I booked and immediately tried to cancel. Not only did they refuse to issue a refund but they charged me 3 times and refused to submit a refund for any of the 3 times.

Satisfactory but expensive.

I had requested a double bed both by email and telephone and given assurances - but when I checked in it was still twin beds.

Very comfortable, clean hotel. Very modern inside. Rooms were a good size. Bed was comfortable. Location was excellent.

The hotel has a very good location, metro, bus stop nearby, also a lot of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, good coffee. In the room there is coffee maker, mini bar, bathroom has shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. Beds are comfortable (not too soft, not too hard).

Room could be a bit bigger with a sofa/chair.

Really liked the hospitality and overall cleanliness of the hotel. A perfect pick at the heart of the city to explore the local culture

No fuss easy access to gothic quarter and metro

The location is perfect ,the staff really nice and professional ,I love the pool with amazing ,if I will comeback to Barcelona for sure I will comeback to Park hotel

Lively location convenient for taxi bus train with small but well stocked supermarket and pharmacy steps away as well as several bars and eateries. Exceptionally helpful caring staff despite their limited numbers . Well equipped bathroom with large multi option shower and bidet and bedroom with individual thermostat and plugs near bed. Good coffee/tea making utensils and small but adequate mini frig.

Loud Street and guest noise til well after midnight on both Friday and Saturday in my First floor room facing side street. Extremely tight floor space in bathroom making it very difficult to enter and depart. Took long time to checkin- need more staff and streamlined procedures! Also there was a very heavy and overpowering incense type odor in the checkin area which was unpleasant and potentially harmful to those with scent sensitivity.

As good as it was last year.

Seems that this hotel stands in the centre of construction site :( last year we coldn't open the windows 'cause of the ongoing works in the building next to the hotel. This year - the same thing.Very very noisy outside :(
