Pros +
- Service was exceptional. Staff could not have been more accommodating. Room was very quiet dispite being on a busy street. We never heard any of the street noise
- 1) location - could walk to most everything and transportation right there, 2) spacious, very clean, well appointed room, 3) breakfast - expensive but excellent and kept us going all day, 4) pool deck - pool was tiny but great having the space
- Great location, friendly, helpful staff and extremely clean! It was a perfect hotel for our vacation.
Cons -
- Where pool is located. It's not a rooftop pool so it only gets afternoon sun (it's surrounded by buildings).
- somewhat slow check-in
- The room lighting was poor, especially around the sink and coffee area.

Staff and location.
The room lighting was poor, especially around the sink and coffee area.
Location was perfect! Nice hotel, clean and spacious room! Will stay there again!
Lovely hotel. Room is nicely designed. Very comfortable mattress. Shower was great. Quiet room. Great location for walking to many sites in Barcelona. Also, great location for catching the Metro and Aerobus. Staff was very helpful.
No, everything was greatl.
The staff were friendly & helpful. When we arrived early for our check in we sat comfortably in the dinning area and enjoyed a delicious free buffet that is offered from 2-11. The bed was very comfy and the location of the hotel was close to everything.
Everything was great!
Location. Cleanliness
Everything! The location was perfect. That stuff was amazing! The room and pool area we're fabulous!
The service was the best I had at a hotel.
Staff was excellent and location could not be beat
The location was perfect and the room was relatively big
Not many options at the restaurant, but when you are right on the Rambla it doesn’t really matter
The great breakfast! And great location!
Need to change elevator from ground to the room
Well situated friendly staff
Dark couldn’t see in wardrobe safe area
Location is great and close to a nearby metro
Breakfast was disappointing and overpriced compared to nearby local cafés, which offer a far better selection at a fraction of the cost. There was also no staff present at the bar in the evening, and the drink selection was very limited.
All! The facilities, the fresh breakfast, the staff and the excellent location
Everything was perfect
The staff at this hotel couldn't do enough to help! They were so polite and nothing was too much trouble.Great room and great location, we would definitely stay here again.....Thank you!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its cleanliness, the warm welcome, and the excellent staff, especially the manager, Natalie, and the very respectful and helpful assistant, Guido. Thank you all, and we will definitely stay again if we return to Barcelona.
