Room location, friendly staff, free coffee all day long, rooftop was phenomenal!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel was very nice and in a great location, in the heart of Las Ramblas, which is the central point of Barcelona. Very close the Placa Catalunya where it¿s very easy to get transportation to the airport and many other locations.

Would have been nice if it had one king size bed vs 2 individual beds side by side. It¿s a condo type hotel, so no room service, but knew that in advance. No big deal as we were there for only 2 days.

Location, cleanliness. And staff was very cooperative.

Huge rooms. Very clean and modern.

Elevator was slow or out of service entire stay.

It was cold at night. The glassware was dirty. The heating did not work. Hallways looked too dim.

We definitely liked the location and the cleanliness. It was an oasis in the middle of a busy city. We really appreciated the kitchenette. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and will come back some day.

The noise from the restaurants at night, maybe because it was a Saturday. When we closed the window, the noise did not bother us any more. A shuttle to the airport would have protected us against being cheated by the taxi driver, who charged us 48 euros.

The location of this hotel is excellent for strolling Las Ramblas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will look here again if we return to Barcelona.

The shower stall could have been cleaner but it was far from disgusting.

Excellent location. Friendly staff gave me a room in the back of the hotel away from the street noise. Large room with a complete kitchen.

Room needed table to eat at since there was a kitchen to prepare food. Also needed suitcase racks/stands. Had to put suitcases on floor which was not convenient. Need a two-pin electric plug converter for US appliances.

Location, location, location.

This is a great place to stay for many reasons. We loved the staff and a 24/7 reception desk. The space was large, well positioned in the city and convenient to resturarants and shops as well as attractions. Everything was great exceept no streaming for the TV's and the bed was too hard. Otherwise this is an excelent facility. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is dated, but the location makes up for the staff (Tony).

Tony was a smiling face sitting at the desk. He was always welcoming and engaging whenever I entered the building.

We loved the location, right on Las Ramblas near the Boqueria. The room was super comfortable, the bed was great, Good closets, ample room. The bathroom was spacious with good shower. The stuff was very kind. The free coffee and chocolate at the lobby was a nice touch.

Excellent location right off La Rambla, making it easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable and convenient stay for a short visit.

Because of the central location, there was some street noise at night, and the stay felt a bit pricey for just one night. Otherwise, no major issues.

Large room that looked exactly like the photos. Great location near bus and metro stops. Friendly and accommodating staff. We especially liked the free coffee station and the baggage storage.

Great location as it is in the city center and is close to everything. The staff onsite is friendly and helpful. The studio is spacious, clean and bright.

Location is very convenient, right in the middle of La Ramblas, next to a metro stop. It's also near the A-1 airport bus. There is a well stocked grocery store right across the street.

The view from my 6th floor studio was basically the back of another building and some narrow alley beneath. It would have been nice to have a different view from the wide window.

I loved the location, the room was very comfortable, nice bathroom & shower. The hotel staff are extremely helpful. Thank you! I will be back
