Amazing location, friendly staff, very affordable, clean rooms, eco friendly water refilling station. Having the bakery downstairs was super convenient, and it would smell divine every morning

The bakery on the ground floor is excellent, offering tasty sandwiches, fresh croissants, and delicious coffee at decent prices. The bakery staff are especially friendly, making every stop there both in the morning and when returning to the hotel in the evening, even more enjoyable.The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, situated right by La Pedrera (Casa Milà) and within walking distance of Casa Batlló, Sagrada Família, and many other attractions. It is also very easy to reach by metro, making it convenient to explore the city if you prefer not to walk.The room is ideal for a good night’s sleep: quiet, dark, and equipped with a very comfortable bed. The parquet flooring is a big plus for guests with allergies, and the spacious waterfall shower adds extra comfort. As a bonus, you can wake up each morning to the wonderful smell of freshly baked bread coming from downstairs.I would definitely book it again on my next visit to Barcelona.

The hotel breakfast offers a rather limited selection and does not really justify the price. Fortunately, this is not a problem at all because the bakery downstairs offers plenty of delicious options at better prices and is actually a more enjoyable breakfast alternative, even though items like eggs, fresh fruit, and bacon are not available there.The lavatory and bathroom could also be more practical, as there is no shelf or counter space to place toiletries. Additionally, the toilet does not have a bidet or handheld douche.The room size is small, as shown in the photos, and is adequate for guests traveling with small luggage; I imagine it may be challenging to manage larger or multiple suitcases. However, the layout is well designed and makes good use of the available space.

Good location with easy access to most attractions, having the bakery on site was lovely, clean rooms and good range for buffet breakfast.

I defy anyone not to love the Praktik Bakery. To walk into a bakery that smells SO good is one thing - to realise you're actually STAYING there too - well, it's mind-blowing. Lovely staff, great rooms, amazing food, all in the heart of one of the coolest cities on the planet - book now before it's too late!

Free beer too, and I'd have assumed I'd died and gone to heaven - so apart from that minor flaw, it was perfect!

It was very nicely designed the layout of the room. It was comfortable very clean and had a very spacious waterfall shower. The location was also very convenient a bit further away from the main busy road but still quite accessible to a lot of things. Because we were below a bakery getting things like coffee drinks, snacks pastries extremely convenient. And the beautiful aromas of bread being made gave its unique charm. They also did cleaning every day which was great.

Unfortunately when we arrived the consierge didn’t explain details of the facilities.

The smell of the bakery in the early morning. In addition to the feasibility of grabbing a sandwich or a coffee any time you need it. U don’t have to go anywhere

The reception/dining place needs a a bit of rennovation

Location is great, close to main shopping area and room was very clean. No noise despite being in a central location.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Praktik Bakery. The location is excellent—very central and within easy walking distance to many places in the city.The room was quite spacious, very clean, and had plenty of storage space for my belongings, which made the stay even more comfortable. I also enjoyed the view overlooking the street, which added a nice touch to the room.The bakery at the entrance was one of the highlights of the hotel. Being welcomed by the smell of fresh bread and pastries every morning was truly delightful.Overall, it was a warm, comfortable, and well-located hotel experience. I would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Barcelona.

The rooms are not very soundproof, and I could hear footsteps, toilet flushing, and even snoring from neighboring rooms.

The location is very good, but sincerely, Barcelona has a great transportation system, so you don’t need to be this central.

On arrival, there was trash all over the corridor because of maintenance. The rooms have no sound insulation whatsoever. You can hear conversations, TV, people walking on the corridor and in their rooms, housekeepers are loud. We stayed up until 5am because of one TV that was on, in the room next to ours. Contacted reception and staff was unfriendly. The bakery on the ground floor/reception, makes the whole experience very messy (you have your breakfast together with all the clients from the shop). Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!

A basic but clean and comfortable option. Located an easy walk to various sights (including La Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, and the historic district). Lots of restaurants nearby. And, what could be nicer than a bakery operating right downstairs?
