Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Close to bus stops and metro stations. Walking distance from several desirable places to visit.

Clean, modern

Room was very small and did not have any drawers so all you could do is put your clothes on a shelf and they would get disorganized very easily. No coffee maker in the room.

The staff were fantastic. Hotel employee were so polite , respectful, and eager to help in anyway the could.

The rooms were smaller than we expected.rhey don't look like the internet show them to be. The breakfast was more expensive then going to the cafe in the corner which wAs cheap and good.

Good hotel, not close to hop on hop off bus route about 15 minute walk. A few charges I knew about in advance, city tax etc. A charge for a 3rd person of $30 per night may have been a bit high but staff was wonderful. No free breakfast. No restaurant.

No gym

My room was 108. i did enjoy the night at the hotel. The man working at the desk during the evening and overnight, brought some towels to my room at my request himself with not much wait time.

i had asked for a wake up call from one man working at the hotel however I never received it. The man working at the desk my not have understood my request or he forgot.

Whole hotel smell wierd like a disinfectant. While my room was a no smoking room, it had a couple of cigarette burns on the bed side table

The shower overflows if you take a bit too long and you can hear your neighbors room noise but that's normal in city apartments. Apart from that lovely place

The location is great, a little walk to the main attractions but the Eixample area is a very charming place. The hotel rook was comfortable and clean.

Nothing to complain, it is what you pay.

Modern hotel located between two metro stations. Easy to find just at the junction of two streets. Adjacent to a nightclub but absolutely no disruption or noise penetration. On-line check-in available prior to arrival. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Fully air-conditioned. Buffet breakfast with a good selection of juices, fruits, pastries, cereals, cheese & charcuterie.

The breakfast room would benefit from a coffee machine providing a cappuccino option. The breakfast attendants will make cappuccino for you - and do it with a smile - but it's an extra chore for them that I'm sure they don't need in their busy schedule.

Great location, good restaurants near by. Close to metro

AC broke and room was very hot. No available fans. I was moved to a lower floor but it was just as hot

The standard single room they gave me had old interiors and wallpapers were kind off peeling off
