AC Hotel Diagonal LIlla

Rooms were really nice and clean. Far exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough great things about this hotel and the excellent service from the staff. I would definitely stay here again.

If I could change one thing about this hotel I would remove the step at the front entrance. Most people are arriving with luggage so it would make sense for the entrance to have either a ramp or flat surface to easily roll luggage into the building.

First room mattress was sagging. Saving room mold and mildew in the shower but comfortable bed.

Amenities/facilities are simple.Breakfast was same everyday.Couldn’t apply Marriott points that I earned for 3 nights’ stay to my Marriott account.

Good hotel but only bearly 3 star. Staff where super good in what they do.

Air con does not work. You have to call the lobby to do changes. In the end I had to change my room because it it didn't work at all. Breakfast was shameful, lack of everything, eggs tasted like oil and the bacon was just boiled or left in water to overcock. Overpriced hotel for what you get.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, well-designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality, and the hotel’s facilities were excellent overall.

The location wasn’t ideal for sightseeing, as you had to rely on buses that were not always reliable.

Room was great and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Location of the hotel was excellent, right next to a shopping centre and some nice cafes.

The sofa bed in the room was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast didn't have halal options.(its a major city and you would expect halal options)

Clean large rooms.All the employees were very pleasant and helpful.Great area. The facility is amazing. Would come back and stay here.

Everything in this hotel was amazing. The most distinguished is the staff at the front office; they were super friendly, cheerful, and always helpful.

I loved Mariane, the lady at the reception. She was super helpful, friendly, and warm. The location is also really nice, close to all the most important things, and loved that there was a nice park just behind the hotel.

I booked for the location since this was close to the school I'm going to. Check in is good and no wait needed.

There is no luggage service, they ask you to take your luggage from the car to the room by yourself; The room service (dining) close very early; there is no security service where you can go on the elevator without key card; no concierge service; no bath robes in the room; we had to ask for slippers

Good no nonsense hotel, I would say perfect for business travel. Many restaurants nearby but it is not a touristy neighbourhood. There is a fantastic food market in the basement of the adjacent shopping mall.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and beds and best environment control system encountered. Excellent housekeeping service. Great location.

Payment facilities (ability to work with debit and credit cards) were disappointing. Coming from the Netherlands you're used to these things just working in such establishments. I had to grab cash from an ATM. Restaurant quality not so good for the prices.

Nice location, about 4 km from the busy centre, nice boulevard for jogging and getting away from the crowds, sharp shopping centre around the hotel, amazingly large room.

No decoration in the room, only plain wood panels covering all wall. No hooks in the room or place to hang anything. Door to bathroom does not provide a sound barrier.
