Staff was helpful, professional and friendly. Service was excellent. Room was very nice size and very very clean. Breakfast was good but beware it is an extra charge.

AC broken.Staff received complaints & advised mgmt. but tech had not come out. Once tech came out, said - 2 weeks to get the part to fix it. We only had 2 nights, it was cool & could sleep with windows open.But 4 star hotel should have better resolution

Location was great with a lot of options available. Room was spacious, especially for a family with kids. The separation of the main area to the bedroom was great.

The air was not able to be adjusted within the room. The room was hot even when the cool option was selected. The bathroom water temp fluctuated during use, and it got extremely hot. This was important to consider when washing babies.

We booked a junior suit and it was very large, especially the sitting area, and had a second toilet. The area was good for our needs, not in the center of the touristic area but close enough to food and shopping.

The hotel is really run down, with large stains on the hallway carpet, peeling wallpaper in the room, chipped vanity counter, stained bath tub etc. A single standing lamp in the sitting area provided inadequate lighting in the evening. Our room was missing a coffee machine and it took a whole day and multiple requests to get it.

In the evenings hot water pressure was very poor, so it was hard to take shower. And after every cleaning there were fewer towels then guests in a room, needed to remind to bring what was missing.

The hotel is ideally situated with Miss Christina welcoming guests with all smiles. Breakfast was ok with restaurant staff very friendly.

I didnt appreciate the behaviour of Frans from the reception who misbehaved with my husband on our first night and rudely told us that if we dont like the hotel, leave immediately and he'l refund us our money, only because we complaint about the ventilation not working in our family suite!

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and were absolutely happy with our choice.The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean, and the hotel has a great location, which made exploring Barcelona very easy.All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day, always very thoroughly, and everything was perfectly prepared for us. Breakfasts were excellent, with very friendly and attentive service — the staff took great care of the guests every morning and always greeted us with a smile. The reception team was just as helpful and kind.We truly enjoyed our stay here. After staying in several hotels during our road trip, this one was by far the best. We can highly recommend it and would happily return.

Incredible location. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy being in the city. Breakfast was great too. The size of the room was brilliant with nice touches.

The bathroom was a bit tired and had terrible water pressure. The water was difficult to regulate in the shower.Lack of parking and misunderstanding at the reception desk about it with the night staff.

Hello,I would like to share some feedback regarding my stay.The soap provided is not good, and there is no bathrobe or slippers available in the room.Also, the hallway upstairs is not clean, and the pillows are uncomfortable and not clean as well.I hope this can be improved. Thank you.

A bit old, hotel room key malfunctioned a lot

The staff at the hotel was fantastic and truly the highlight of our stay. The location was perfect, and overall, the price-to-quality ratio was fair. However, the furniture felt a bit outdated, and there was a minor mix-up at the start of our stay. We had booked for four guests, but the room was initially prepared for three. I believe this was more an issue with the booking platform than the hotel itself. Unfortunately, I’ve had several similar experiences with the booking service, including misleading offers and poor customer support. In the end, I’d say the hotel itself was not at fault, but rather the booking platform.

Very good hotel, the staff is absolutely very kind and helpful! 10/10! Many public transport option and plenty of restaurants nearby. You can stay here without any problem and enjoy the beautiful city of Barcelona!

Only thing i would like to mention that the towels were a little bit old/hard, so maybe fresh new towels would put the icing on the cake but apart from that everything was perfect!
