A three-four minute walk to Sagrada Familia

Rain water came through the balcony door in the bedroom during a storm.

The location was great. Could see Sagrada Familia from my window. Close to several restaurants and tourist shopping.

It was new to me that the room was in a different building a few blocks away. The room was perfect for one person. May be tight for two, unless slender.

Construction all around. Hard for cab drivers to find entrance. This should have been part of the information when booking instead in an email after booking. Had to roll our heavy luggage thru streets.

I knew the location of my stay, but I couldn't image how amazing was the view and the room. I've booked for one night stay because of an issue with another hotel, and I regret not having it booked for my whole stay. Hope I can come back and stay longer with them.

Everything was perfect

breakfast star time = too late. (start 7:45)I know (probably) it's more aligned with tourist people, but I needed to be early, at least at 7:00 AMsimply they can advise the time before, and anyone can manage this like I did (I paid it and then asked for a reimbursement because of the time)I´m sure the next time I will have the chance to have breakfast there

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices. Fresh orange juice so delicious. Loved the Coffee and the staff was so friendly, cortious. Also, the staff at the reception were great, outstanding people. They made me feel like at home.,when you are visiting from so far away. They were professional, but at the same time, warm enough to make you feel good, safe.

We liked it all, woul visit again ?!!!

The hotel's location, off the main street a few steps, yet a block away from the Sagrada Familia, was fabulous!

Swinging tub/shower glass door was a little difficult to navigate, getting into and out of the tub for a shower.

Hotel is half a block from Sagrada Familia. We went in December and loved the Christmas markets. Taxi stand and city tour bus stop is next to the park, in front on Sagrada Familia. Easy accessibility. Plenty of good restaurants near by. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Loved every minute of our time in Barcelona.

Great location - just a few steps from Sagrada Familia. The neighborhood was also great with restaurants, laundry and barber shops nearby. The room itself was clean and looked newly renovated - it also had a small balcony, but it opened in the alley. We reached around 11:30 AM and were given the room, did not have to wait a lot.

Took a lot of time at the check-in because there was just one person at the counter who was handling a lot of check-out guests, and we had to wait some time to get our rooms. Nothing to do with the hotel, but there is just one attraction (Sagrada) near this hotel. For all others, you have to take a bus to go to the Gothic Square.

Great location near the Sagrada Familia! The staff is helpful and friendly. They keep the facilities very clean and tidy. The breakfast is organized and presents with a good variety of items.

Close to attractions, easy to walk from this property to all the things we wanted to see

There was a problem with the air conditioning in our room, despite our best efforts to get it resolved by speaking to the front desk, it was never resolved

You can't beat the location. Steps away from Sagrada Familia with easy access to bus and metro. Very comfortable beds!

Not much of a view from my room

Location outstanding, a three minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Breakfast, clean room, great coffee, fresh food. Check in was brilliant and the assistance given was outstanding. She Should be recognized for selling your brand

The hotel in general is good, the staff are very friendly, location is perfect near tge Sagrada Familia , and close to the metro and bus, the area is always active.

The breakfast is very very limited and pricy, the area is always active for the people who like a quite areas they will feel it’s super busy especially in the weekends.

Small and cozy. Very close to Sagrada Familia. However far from other attractions. Internet was fast and strong. Staff done super job.

The bed was not as comfy as Room was next elevator and did occasionally got the noise of it.

This "hotel" is a bad joke, unfortunately the only "good" thing about it is that it unfortunately exists.

This "hotel" uses its location to deceive fools like me. The photos are fake, and it's located in a difficult-to-access alleyway. I arrived and was placed in an apartment without air conditioning. I asked to change apartments and was told they were full. They work with Airbnb and couldn't change my room. They would try to fix the air conditioning the next day, as the electrical system in those units wasn't working. They put a fan in the room and asked me for patience, saying they couldn't do anything else. I had to change hotels in the middle of the night, which cost me even more money. They wouldn't let me check out, claiming it was already paid in full and I should resolve the issue with Booking.com. I paid a fortune for a view of the Sagrada Familia, and there's no such view. BE CAREFUL, don't be fooled! Avoid this trap.
