It's really clean and has everything that it is needed. Silent in the room which helped a lot to recover sleep.

I really love the location and the staff of this hotel. They are very friendly and polite and the bed is great and comfy. Also, thanks for the free apple upon check in.

Friendly and open-minded morning shift manager. Prompt response to any our wishes and normally she is a problem solver.

TV set in the room is senseless due to lack of channels and absence of English dubbing or subtitles.The night shift administrator seems to me busy rather with himself then guests. When I asked to use my small deposit that I left earlier to purchase bottle of water, he answered that he does not see any proof of my money left with front desk.Very next day "morning" administrator showed me clear message on the screen of the existing deposit. Location of the hotel confuses drivers coming to pick up guests.

The room was decent size, clean , heated. In my room personally, there was no view per se, but that's expected of the prize I was paying.

Very big and clean room, comfortable bed and bathroom. Even microwave oven is in the room.

Location is perfect near to train station and also city tour bus easily get near to hotel Walking around easy to find good restaurants for coffee and grocery stores as wellRoom was awesome and good part i got room on ground floor

This is a tired, old hotel desperately in need of updating. The rooms are ridiculously small and worn out. The tiny shower is moldy, rusty, and if you’re taller than 1.7 m, good luck reaching your toes. Cannot recommend

room had a window on the inside hotel corridor, a little bit strange, but not a big deal for sleepover :)

Location

Shower was leaking, no ventilation, smelly room. The rooms are not well isolated, we could hear people in rooms around ours as well as doors opening and closing non stop.

The location was quite close to the metro station and in a quiet location…… good to be back to the hotel after a busy outing day! The staff were very friendly and specialthanks to Liliana who helped get our room ready earlier than time as we landed on a morning flight. Overall, we were happy with our stay here!

The breakfast options are very limited but not really a deal breaker.

The rooms were very clean. The location was walkable to coffee, bars, metro station, buses, and trams. The staff was very accommodating.

It's generally clean. Location is ok - a bit far from center, but transport, groceries, some good cafes and sea are nearby.

It's very damp in the room, even the linen feels a bit wet. There is a mold in the bathroom. Towels are changed once per 3 days.

The room was quite nice for the value. It was very clean, and staff was really friendly. The location is really nice, as it's right next to a metro stop and is a little out of the way of the massive crowds. It's right on a public courtyard, which is nice and keeps it busy (with low noise levels) at pretty much all hours.

The AC unit had a very loud motor kicking on at random times, which was really annoying. However, I didn't actually let the staff know, so that's probably on me.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Ideally placed close to the CCIB conference centre and Diagonal Mar shopping centre. Reception was manned 24 hrs and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Accessible to public transport. Clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful.. Breakfast was great! Great value for the money.
