Aparthotel Napols - Abapart

This hotel is very nice, we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and clean. It provided everything needed to make our stay comfortable. A full size living room, dining room and reasonable size kitchen with all the appliances.

Location was good, lots of restaurants, grocery stores. There is a laundromat close by. no laundry services at the hotel.

Hotel is very basic, outdated furniture. Needs some thorough cleaning especially kitchen and bathroom. Tea kettle was very dirty and wet.

Spacious great location and the amenities were spot on for a work trip. Location was also great as I usually stay in this area. Quiet place. I would stay again.

Honestly it was exactly what I expected for the price. No complaints on my end.

Price value and size

There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and I left my glasses behind. I tried to communicate with the hotel to get them back and they were very erratic and their response so instead of being able to ship them to me, I had to go back to Barcelona to pick them up.

The location is very central and within a 30 minutes walk to almost every sightseeing location

The appartment was cleaned only once during our stay for a week, and balcon was actually very small and not usable.The beds were actually so uncomfortable I threw my back twice during our stay.

Location was wonderful and nice and quiet at night. Good proximity to cafes and restaurants and no fighting crowds. The staff was friendly and provided good recommendations for local places to eat. Highly recommend.

Very spaceous apartment, with everything you need. It was very clean, they were cleaning our room and changing towels every day. The apartman is 5min walk from Arc de Triomf, where you have metro station. Right next to the aprtman are 2 big grocery stores and bakeries, so you have everything you need. They let us leave our luggage before checkin and after checkout. Everything was great

Excellent location, friendly staff at reception desk, apartment is spacious and well equipped, residential neighborhood with lots of convenient stores (supermarkets, bakeries, you name it...), walking distance to many attractions, kitchen is well stocked. Lots of closets space.

I would like to have a Nespresso like coffee machine next time I visit and I plan to revisit as it was my third time at this great aparthotel.

Central location, yet quiet on the unit 507. Good size unit with the balcony at reasonable price in a good area. 24/7 front desk, laundry mat is only a block away, many suppermarkets, and restaurants are steps away.

Older building and decor, fully equipped kitchen with old school supplies.

Location super convenient, there are plenty of cafes and markets in the same street. The apartment is big and has good kitchen appliances for a long stay. The parking lot available in the same building also helps with the logistics.

The location of the apartment was very central. Apartment was quite spacious.

Apartment was very dirty and noisy. You could hear people talking, screaming till late in the night. In the morning you would be woken up by all kind of noises (moving furniture, people talking, cleaning lady, etc.)The apartment could be better cleaned.

The apartment was exceptional.It was spacious, clean and very comfortable., perfect for both of us.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was very good. Apartment was clean and we appreciated the starter packs. We loved the availability of cleaners coming in, even though we didn’t use the service.

Front desk late night staff is a disgrace

The overnight manager refused to allow guests after dark and charged us extra. Absolutely disgusting. I assume this degenerate is a family member since he otherwise should have been fired long ago. Who has a no guest policy? Absolute disgrace.
