The location ia perfect you can walk to most os Barcelona's main attractions. It's a safe place in downtown. Hotel is modern and staff is very professional, all english fluent.

Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The location is superb with many destinations within walking distance and the metro next door. The reception staff was superb and were very helpful for suggesting things to see and places to shop. We'll return!
The eco friendly features, using room key to turn on and turn off electric. room size and cleanliness.
Not really a dislike only a recommendation that the instructions for operating the air conditioning and turning on electric be posted by the door. Instructions were on other side of room on a small card by the bed. Checkin staff should instruct guests.
