Nice hotel about 15min by bus or 30min walking from city center. Outdoor pool and sauna have generous opening hours. Staff is friendly, clean rooms.

amazing location - 5min away from the beach. quiet place. close to the bus station that takes you in the city center in 25min.close to aquarium and zoo. delicious breakfast.everything was fantastic!

Hotel in very good location, not noisy . We were very happy with the room, breakfasts and staff.Staff was very helpful all the time and the food was just great

I enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and bar.

Only one elevator was working which slowed the process of going up and down the floors

Excellent breakfast with a great selection and quality. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, creating a very pleasant overall experience. I would definitely recommend it for both business trips and family stays.

Near to sea . Reception team is nice . Room service wonderful.

AC was non controllable . Only one elevator was working and the other one was not working for 4 continuous days and not repaired and it makes us wait alot of time waiting the elevator .

Near the beach. 30min walk to the gothic quarter Lovely local restaurants and coffee shops near byClean roomsFriendly staff who dealt with noisy neighbours quickly and efficiently.

Rooms were hot and air con was working in either room (we had 2 rooms)

Location was very good walking distance to all amenities

Only 1 lift working during our stay and on the last day none working we was on the top floor so not ideal 2 pensioners with a 6 year old grandson room safe never worked during our stay reported to receptionist on first day but never worked during our stay

Great location near some shops/cafes, 10 min from beach and metro! And I loved my room, spacious and easy to work from and I slept like a baby!

Location

Our room had many issues. Dirty toilet. Jacuzzi in our room had several issues that we had to have maintenance come 3 times for. Room was HOT, thermostat did to not work. They spray air freshener in room so strongly that I could taste it and had trouble breathing. They could not move us to another room for some reason, and I don't think they were fully booked.

Cables (or whatever) near the bed exploded very loud after I checked in to the room. It was painful and I really had a problem with my ear for a while. The solution by the reception was changing my room to a worse one. I still can not understand how can they leave electric wires open like that. Only one lift works and I had to wait for the lift a couple times. The second room had bugs in the bathroom, they were coming from a very visible crack under the bath tub which should be easy to fix but nobody fixes.

receptionist was great

room was never cleaned properly even after complaining they didnt change the bed sheets on our 3rd day, shower, sink, cups and mirror not cleaned properly and several other issues which i have emailed yourselves about but still waiting for a reply

The hotel was really beautiful and made a great first impression. We arrived very early in the morning after our flight, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, getting us into a room as soon as possible and asking about our room preferences. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great city view. Taxis were right outside the hotel, making it extremely convenient to get around. Overall, it was one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in terms of comfort and overall design.

One downside was that the hotel felt a bit farther from the city center and main attractions, so getting around required a bit more effort. The streets near the hotel were darker at night, which didn’t feel unsafe but was a little uneasy since we weren’t familiar with the area. Because of that, we headed back to the hotel earlier and enjoy the amenities there instead.
