Staff and services were great.

Laundry took long. But was done as expected.

Excellent location! Super close to the metro and the room was spotless. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. I really appreciated the free water provided in the room.

Beautiful hotel, cozy and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. 5 min from metro to get to Placa Catalunia directly. As a bonus from the hotel we had free drinking water and free umbrellas!

The location was good because we had to be very near the hospital for my girlfriend’s operation, the main staff were very helpful, great laundry service, everywhere was spotless, how only bugbear was the restaurant information to follow

We felt the restaurant let Hotel down several ways, sometimes we have to wait or go to the front desk to get attention,, the food choices were limited on the menu, breakfast was okay, but at €18 per person was expensive, and the bacon was always a bit overdone, the restaurant staff although pleasant, could be difficult to communicate with, when trying to get over what you want to order, and seemed very introverted, there was no banter or rapport, it may be generational, as it does seem the norm these days, but I always think humour is a great asset, certainly make people skills, with a smile and maybe a bit of interest in the customer wouldn’t gi amiss

Quiet location. Metro station is a five minute walk which can get you to the center of Barcelona

The room was spotless, the location was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Perfect spot if you are looking for a great base to explore Barcelona. A refillable water bottle was a real bonus.

Clean comfortable helpful staff,the Water station was a nice feature,Near to the hospital,very pleased to be going back in a week after ny Girlfriend’s initial recovery ,our room was well laid out and equipped

Location was excellent. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were of a good size. We would have preferred larger rooms, but considering the amount of time spent, it was okay. We arrived quite late at night, but the hotel staff was accommodating. One bonus was that the hotel provided a free cold water tap from which you could fill up bottles. A big plus!!The hotel staff also helped me with an issue I encountered with charging my devices, which made our trip better

located in the suburbs still easy to reach the city centre, quiet and calm neighborhood, comfortable bed (still a bit soft to my like but far better than in most hotels), clean room, breakfast okay, polite and kind staff

due to the thin walls you hear every word your neighbors say, the whole building is outdated, water pressure on the 4th floor is a joke, overpriced for the value (like all accommodations in Barcelona)

Great hotel. Really clean, calm and located in a residential area, but within a 5 min walk from a metro station. For those who want to stay slightly further away from the main touristic attractions, it is the perfect spot. Will definitely come back.

We lost internet for a day, which was unfortunate as it was a necessity for us.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very close to the station, well communicated with the center of Barcelona, and other turist attractions. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom are quite spacy and very clean.

We didn't quite like breakfast. Very limited assortment, fruit not very fresh and scrumbled eggs were tasteless and they were the only warm option for breakfast really. That was the only thing that could be improved.

Great little Hotel, sparkling clean with super comfortable beds and a five minute walk from the metro

The staff was very friendly. We spent part of our honeymoon here, did not tell them in advance. When they found out, they snuck a bottle of champagne to our room, with a nice message :) Room was clean, the bed was large, and comfy. Bathroom clean as well, no leakages, or clogged drains. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was nice, continental style, with a few spanish typicals for extra: spanish omelette, chorizo, serrano, etc. It is located in a quiet part of barcelona (sarría-sant geravasí), a bit farther from the inner city, but buses stop nearby, everything was easily accessible around 20-30mins. All in all very pleasant stay, would return / recommend it to everyone
