Staff were very good and helpful. Bathroom facilities were good, the room was clean.

Bed was uncomfortable. No daylight in room. Breakfast was mediocre, minimal choices.

Staff very pleasant, breakfast variety, peaceful neighborhood and inside of hotel... very interesting design!

Room is a bit small, and while shower the water was all over the bathroom floor since the cabin has one side open and the shower cabin leaks water from the side where the glass of the cabin joins the ceramic. Also the heat wasn't working but since it is April and we had blankets in the room that wasn't a problem.

Friendly staff, central location, walking distance from cruise, good breakfast at a good price. Empanada shop next door was a great find. Good empanadas and friendly local customers and employees. If you want a truly "local" experience, that is a great place.

The hotel is modern, clean, quiet, close to metro station as well as A1 and A2 bus station which connects to the airport.

Good room,friendly and helpful staffs and near mini mart.

I attended a conference in Fira so hotel was close. That was the main reason for chosing the hotel as also the event organisers recommended it. I would not chose the hotel for a private visit.

Hotel has seen better days. Room had paper thin walls so I could clearly hear my soring neighbour.

The facility was fairly easy to get to and has several restaurants around. The morning breakfast was nice and the receptionists were helpful when we had questions.

The rooms looked used and were scuffed up on the walls and pretty cramped. But for the cost, it was fine.

The bed was rock hard like lying on concrete and the room was very small.Breakfast was very basic. Lacked the facilities expected of a 4star hotel.

Location is great, nice residential area that seemed very friendly & family oriented. Within a block or 2 to many conveniences like grocery, laundromat, barber, cafe/bakery, gelato, play park, subway/bus, housewares stores. Breakfast was just ok: some dry cereal choices, a plate of cold meat/cheese, day-old breads & pastries, hot scrambled eggs & hard boiled, 2 types hot meat; juice & coffee machines, small single serve cups Dannon yogurt. The breakfast hostess did decent job refilling food & keeping her area of responsibility clean & tidy & she had a very nice disposition.

Don’t be fooled with those dated & doctored photos: that building & those rooms are NOT nice. The rooms are cramped; the bathroom is from 1970s complete with mold & iron deposited fixtures; the doors need to be pulled hard to shut so all day/night you hear echoing of doors slamming; most rooms face inside to each other = no sunshine, no privacy, no breeze; a/c worked but the thermostat was not working so you either froze bcz it never turned off or sweat bcz you left it off, & it rattled the entire time complete with dusty & mold venting; no duvet just some scratchy old sheets & a coverlet; mattress & pillows were cheap rocks & were the hardest to sleep on; old, stained & worn-out bath towels. Staff members lacked.I’ve traveled quite extensively throughout the last 30 years & this place was the most disappointing reservation. Maybe had I dropped €400 & not €1100 for 2 twin room for 5 nights I would not be so salty over this.

The staff was super friendly and cleaning was excellent. Quite room except loud people in the hallway.

The location is perfect, with many small cafes and bars nearby.Two metro stations and bus stops within walking distance. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet stay. The staff are very responsive.The beds and pillows are comfortable. There’s also a convenient breakfast option.

The hotel is expensive for what you get, but that’s a common issue in Barcelona as all hotels have become super pricey. The hotel and bathrooms need renovation. We stayed in room 309, where the old air conditioning system is very noisy and disruptive to sleep. Additionally, the air conditioner leaks a significant amount of water from the ceiling when in use. We have mentioned it to the reception and it supposed to be fixed but the problem appeared the following night once again.

It clean, quiet with a comfortable bed. It was easy to walk to from the airport bus. Great location and easy to get around from.

The location is fantastic, we couldn't fault the area that the hotel was in or it's location in that area.The shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaners did a great job every day.One gentleman on reception, who worked weekday mornings, was very friendly and talked with us every day.

The cost of the room for 5 nights was very expensive, and a little on the small side - we have received a lot more facilities in other hotels in Barcelona for the same price, or less.It was our first wedding anniversary and we booked a "double" room but received a room with 2 beds pushed together - which wasn't very romantic.The other gentlemen working at reception after the morning didn't seem to want to engage us in conversation or share any knowledge or recommendations of the area. We arrived late afternoon and the welcome was lukewarm. If we hadn't been to Barca before we wouldn't have known where to go or what to do.
