Pros +
- Location
- The location was close to good restaurants and it was easy to hail a cab.
- Location, comfortable bed, breakfast
Cons -
- The floor smelled like someone had been smoking. Instead of asking the person to stop smoking, they asked us to move to a different room. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. In the new room the air conditioning didn¿t work.
- Outdated.. An airport shuttle was listed but when we asked, they said they just hail cabs instead. The fitness center is pretty sad - 3 bikes and 1 eliptical in a small room. The bathroom smelled terrible - sewage smell from the floor drain.
- AC was non-functional. Blanket was tiny. Hotel website stated that airport shuttle was available upon request but that was not true.

Friendly staff.
Tiny room... no space for anything.... very uncomfortable
everyone was very friendly. the room was quiet and clean.
the bed was ok but not the most comfortable ever. the location was ok, but far from where we wanted to go.
The cleanliness, the staff and the location. And free Internet.
Not had free breakfast with my reserve.
The front desk staff were exceptional. We had to return home for an emergency. They made sure we had an extra night in the same room, printed airline confirmations and were empathetic. Can't wait to return.
location, a couple of blocks away from the turist path still pleasantly closed to everything. Among public spaces, it has a very nice courtyard with access to a playground. Quite convenient for young families. Very efficient staff.
rooms are very closed to each other and I got noisy neighbors.
Large room with a great bathroom and it was very quiet.
Front desk staff were not very friendly. Not at all rude...just a little reserved.
Location is perfect, walking distance to metro and tourist hop on/off busses. Plenty inexpensive places to eat in the area. Loved the open air backyard. Staff was very helpful as well.
Nothing really! There was no hair conditioner and iron in the room but thats common across all bcn hotels i believe.
-staff was excellent, helpful, helped with several requests
- the room was a bit warm as the season was changing, ok when window open but bathroom window was difficult to open
The front desk staff was amazing. Very helpful.
The staff at the restaurant were rude.
