The location

The room was very small, not meeting client requirements. There was no fridge in the room, and also there was no guest slippers in the bathroom. Also the breakfast was too low quality and no much choice.

Good, just didn’t like fact that the room are central and can’t control each room temperature.Also miss a mini fridge and smart tv where we can use Netflix

Location is great. The staff was very nice.

The curtain is super thin and there was no way to block the light.I got a corner room and since this is a central area, the windows should be thicker as to block out noise. It was hard to sleep with the noise coming in all day and night.The TV was very small and it was fixed on the side wall, so looking at it was not too comfortable and there was no way to move it.Aircon was extremely high and adjusting it wasn't working.

The location, we had a window to the outside, the sofa and the reception is comfortable.

We had to overpay 41% extra that was not told because we had a small cat in a box.They charge for dogs, and apparently for cat in a box:- 12€ for having a cat- 25€ for cleaning extra- 11€ of extra taxes- any extra cost if it was dirty (which was not but not overcharged)You also need to pay extra if you want to leave you luggage before check-in or after check-out.That almost double our room for a night!!!I had written to the property first and they did not mention any of these pet fees, they just said "Well noted, no problem" for the pet. We had to sign and accept the condition for dogs as that's the only thing they charges…Because we had prepaid we couldn't change hotel or we definitely have gone somewhere else immediately.The lady who was at the front desk was not so fluent in English. She used Google Translate to explain the extra cost that would not be refunded.We had ordered a double bed and had a twin room.Also the rooms are quite old-dated, wallpaper is tearing appart, ceiling has water issues, and wall was dirty with uncleaned stains.Wifi works but is poor from the 4th floor. Sufficient for emails or browsing, not good enough for video calls nor screen sharing.

Room and bathroom very small No coffee station Did not have enough linen - on my first night they ran out of duvets. The receptionist told me they don't have yet as it is still not cold season.... it was cold. No blankets available either. I've never experienced this - and reception should have been honest instead - and the hotel should have additional blankets for when this happens.

Close to the centre with a great atmosphere and vibe. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful.

There was a marathon and no-one / few knew about it.

Althout the room is very small, it was clean and good for 1-2 nights. The lockers (self-serviced) are just what I wanted! The location is simply good: in the heart of Barcelona: 2-5 min from the Airort bust stop!

I was not informed during the check in that there's breakfast at the hotel.

Location is perfect, directly in the centro of barcelonaroom was good, but basics are not included like no water.

It was quite noisy. The bathroom smelt like pee a lot.The room did not reflect the price - very outdated and not clean.The hotel card was constantly denying me entry to the room - I had to speak to the staff 3 times in my 4 nights stay.They also ask you to spell out your debit/credit card number for deposit purposes, so be prepared with a disposable card if you decide to stay there.

AC heat us the entire night, and there was no fix for that. Shower really old and with bad look of dirty.

This hotel was a great option for someone like me who was coming off of a 15 hour travel day. All I was really looking for was a nice clean hotel with a good bed, a shower, in a location that was central to most things and this ticked all the boxes. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, the room was clean and tidy and my visit was as great as you could get.

My experience was short and everything went well. My room was small, but I knew that going into it and I got the room I paid for so nothing bad at all.

The property has an excellent location, and this is the only positive thing I can say about. My room was old and dirty, maybe they have some renovated room but not mine. What they offer is not worth the money, I have been in the hotel from the same chain in Madrid and I expected something similar but what I found was bellow any expectations.

paying €2 for lockers for them to store our luggage until the room was ready! REALLY????? Right before we left on our trip but too late to cancel the reservation, they advertised our room for roughly half what we paid. Not the hotel’s responsibility, but again, REALLY???

Friendly staff late at night. Close to main points in the city is a great plus. It’s not that noisy despite having a very active street in front of it. Good value for the price. Decent stay for a couple of nights, and very clean rooms/bathroom.

There are no appliances in the room. No mini fridge or at least a microwave, nothing. The room I stayed in we didn’t even had a chair, just beds and the bathroom.. (we also didn’t have enough comforters for 3 people, which was ok cause we shared but cmon). Checkin process is way too long for when you arrive late at night and is exhausted and way too many questions, this questionnaire should be done online to save everyone’s time.

Great location. The hotel has lockers for luggage storage, has air conditioning, and seems clean.

The window had no handle and did not open; there was no soap and shower gel, no fridge/minibar.

Room too small , telephone not working, AC NOT WORKING AND SHOWER IS VERY DIRTY WALL “mold” everywhere

It was in a great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Carmen and her day time counterpart (I did not get his name) were both fantastic!

I wish the AC had been a bit colder during the day but it felt good in the evenings when I was sleeping. That being said, there is a heat wave right now and I’m an American used to the AC blasting, so take that with a grain of salt.
