H10 Raco del Pi Boutique hotel

Even though we weren¿t able to check in early, we were able to store our bags. Room was quiet, spacious and clean with all amenities. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location! Thank you to the professional reception staff!

Amazing location. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast for 11 euros. Free prosecco every evening.

Rooms could be a bit bigger.

The location was incredible and the room was warm and quiet. The signs made it easy to find from public transport. There were plenty of great places to eat within a blocks walk.

I don't see a need to pay more for a larger room because they assigned us a smaller room despite our reservation.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Greeted with a glass of champagne!Location close to ramblas and old historic area. Loved it!

Booking did not tell us the lobby is being remodeled. Still not a problem.

They overbooked and sent me to another hotel. The other hotel was AMAZING. I believe it belongs to the same company.

Great location. Staff let us check in early. Our room did not resemble pictures. It was tiny without a window and room was super hot. Windows totally different than pictured in ad.

Expected a window in the room. No seating just a bed and nightstand

Convenient to Los Ramblas area.

Temperature control was lacking. The room was way too hot and it was difficult to cool it down.

Small room but had everything we needed. Right in heart of gothic area. Great location and good value for the money.

Issue one morning with getting hot water in shower, but otherwise all good.

The location was ideal for exploring the Vatican although it was so close that the police blocked the street when the pope addressed the crowd. We could hear the pope from the lovely terrace and enjoy the lights and statues of the Vatican dome. If you like chain hotels, this is not for you. The entire breakfast was homemade and delicious.

The room was so small that there was no room to exercise. Our luggage took up most of the available space. C

Our room has a step down which can be dangerous if you’ve forgotten when exiting. A reminder on the back of the door might be helpful.

Room didn’t have a window

I loved how much space the room had! I stayed in other boutique hotels and they didn’t have that much space. Room was very clean and tidy. Love that bathroom had a bidet!! Haven’t seen one in so long! 24 hours front desk is a most for me, staff was very friendly. Hotel has buffet style and a la carte breakfast available, very handy if you want to hit the road early and not waste time in finding a place to eat in the morning. Very close to the Cathedral, for your spatial reference. In the heart of the Gothic area.
