The location

Part of the hotel was outdated. Some rooms were nicer than others. There is no price difference between new and older rooms.

The staff was amazing, service top notch and the bathroom was a good size for 2 people in the room. It's my second time staying here and I was very pleased with our stay.

The staff is great and the rooftop was wonderful.

The hallway was too dark and the card connected the lights and bathroom included.

The location was excellent.

Room was very weak, need a to be updated. Outlets didnt work, ceiling paint peeling, furniture was cheaply constructed and several other issues with the maintenance of the room.

Location is amazing. Can't beat the location of the hotel and its close access to all the sights nearby. Also appreciated how clean the room was and the well-kept condition of the room/bathroom/bed/etc.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel is that the AC did not work. Even setting it at 17 degrees C did not cool the room down. It felt uncomfortable at times how hot the room felt. I can only imagine it being worse during summer time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I would stay there again without a doubt.

This is a great modern fun hotel in a great Location. Wish we had spent more time at the roof top pool and bar. It was all so fun !!!

Perfect location with beautiful rooms and a Juliet balcony overlooking de Gràcia. The hotel is surrounded by lovely restaurants and delicious bakeries also. The staff were wonderful. Thankyou hotel employee for your extra help! Would highly recommend to anyone

It was near all of the sites and shopping and good restaurants.

Excellent service with very attentive and hospitable staff. Location was perfect for our trip with ability to walk to many excellent restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Pool and rooftop bar were awesome. Metro stop only about a block away.

cleanliness and decor

hotel taxi service was too expensive¿ $150 US dollars!

The hotel is impressively decorated. The staff was amazingly eager to help. The were excellent. The location was great for our purposes. The room was clean and our view of the garden was very nice.

I was disappointed that the rubber trim inside of the shower door was stained and there were small stains on the gray decorative pillows and throw. Also a small stain on the rug.

This hotel was located in the most ideal location right by Casa Batllo. Easy to get to from the train coming directly from the airport. Great proximity to the bus stop as well. Walking distance to Gothic Quarter. Great service and beautiful rooms.

Not a major issue, but the lights are very fancy and has a control panel by the head of the bed. It would be great if some cover were provided for those dim button lights.

Was charged for additional person but the bed was horrible no extra sheets no extra towels and they have no AC

Centrally located to shopping, restaurant and some sites. Reminds me of Manhattan. Def will stay here again.

The rooms are spacious, great views, clean, and the location is ideal

The staff is extremely kind and accommodating! The room is clean, the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The location is awesome, close to everything and the subway too. The breakfast at hotel was very good and their coffee was just delicious!

Great location great service and it has a nice rooftop bar restaurant as well! The room was very clean and fairly spacious bed was very comfortable I would definitely recommend this hotel! Quite reasonable!
