Very clean and good location. Area is extremely safe to walk around in the evening. Close to bus routes.

The room was very hot and lacked a mini fridge. A mini fridge was located in the shared area but not useful. If you object to rather hot rooms it?s best to avoid. However, I do not know if this is common in Barcelona. We also got hit with junk fees.

The rooms were nice in size and comfort. The front desk staff were great, and when we asked for suggestions on dinner they made us reservations and provided directions to a super restaurant right around the corner.

That only there was no coffee machine in room, but it is possible to find it in reception and water in corrridor.

The location for this hotel was its prime selling point, it was close to a lot of boutiques and walking distance from a lot of bus stations so it was really easy to get anywhere we wanted. The staff was also really nice.

There was a lot of dust under the bed, like they cleaned mostly surface level.

Grear location, felt safe at night. Very friendly and suppotive staff. And my room was available early. Regular checkout until 12:00 was also very convenient.

Very good location, in walking distance to the main attractions and also safe and beautiful area. Kind and helpful staff; nice, clean and spacious room; very comfortable beds. Brilliant experience!

As it was a Friday night and there are night clubs on the same street it was a little bit noisy. But credit to them for putting an extra windows which do a good job in stopping most of the noise. And next time I book here, as I will, will rather go for a room without a street view if it is Friday or Saturday.

Excellent location in more residential area, clean and nice neighborhood. Beds were extremely comfortable, and breakfast was good.

The staff were all nice and accommodating. The room is clean and quite spacious for two people. The location is good as there are near train stations and a lot of restaurants around the hotel too.

If they have a kettle in the room and some complimentary drinks; like water or tea and coffee then that would be perfect since it’s not that of a cheap price to stay here.

Great value for money. I got a room with a terrace. Good space. Did not have the breakfast but there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The staff was serious and proffesional.

The key is an old fashion one with a contactaless system. But its big and clumsy so it has to stay at the recption. Could be nice to get a card or any other new mobile system. But its a minor problem.

not having a fridge in the room

It was mostly ok, the hotel's location is close to the center, connected to all important parts of the city.

I didn't take breakfast when I booked (because I didn't want to) however, on departure, I was charged a tax and breakfast on the last day (22€) which no one even told me I had. I was confused when I got a bill for 57€ on departure, however, there is 22€ for breakfast.

For real one of the best 3 star hotel! Beautiful, great building, great location. A lot of restaurant super close, barroko is right on front that is a club.

Everything was great. The staff were helpful, professional and kind and the room was clean and very comfortable. It was located very close to the centre but still quiet.

Not major as we only stayed one night, but we wished the window was not facing a wall.
